Առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի թմրանյութերի իրացման մեղադրանքով կալանավորվել է 51-ամյա տղամարդ
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական առաջին բաժնում իրականացված քննության արդյունքում հայնտաբերվել է իրացման նպատակով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառությամբ զբաղվող հերթական անձը։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՔԿ-ից։
Վերջինիս ինքնությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ աշխատանքեր էին տարվում դեռևս 2023 թվականի մարտի 4-ին թմրանյութերի ապօրինի շրջանառության հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում, որից թմրանյութերի ձեռքբերման վերաբերյալ անջատված մասը՝ մեկ անձի վերաբերյալ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել էր դատարան։
Մյուս՝ նախաքննության փուլում գտնվող մասով վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից ձեռնարկված քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության ՔՈԳՎ թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի վարչությունից ստացված տեղեկությունների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ Երևան քաղաքի 51-ամյա բնակիչը զբաղվում է թմրամիջոցների, մասնավորապես՝ հերոին, մեթամֆետամին և ափիոն տեսակի թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառությամբ և այդպիսիք պահում է իր բնակարանում:
2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 22-ին 51-ամյա տղամարդը հանցանք կատարած լինելու անմիջականորեն ծագած կասկածանքի հիմքով ձերբակալվել է: Նույն օրը վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից, ՔՈԳՎ թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի վարչության ծառայողների օժանդակությամբ, կատարվել է խուզարկություն, որի արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի հերոին, մեթամֆետամին և ափիոն տեսակի թմրամիջոցներ, դրանք փաթեթավորելու համար նախատեսված փաթեթներ և էլեկտրական գրամային կշեռնքեր:
Ձեռք բերված փաստերի հիման վրա Երևանի 51-ամյա բնակչին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 393-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով։ Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան վերջինիս նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ, որը բավարարվել է։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։ Ձեռնարկվում են քննչական ու վարութային գործողություններ թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառությանը ներգարվված հնարավոր այլ անձանց հայտնաբերելու, նրանց գործողություններին իրավական գնահատական տալու ուղղությամբ։
Նախաքննական մարմինը շարունակում է որդեգրած անզիջում պայքարը թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ:
Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգովդատարանի`օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
