Ցավոք, պաշտոնական Երևանը, ենթարկվելով արևմտականների համոզմանը, փորձում է վերաձևակերպել իր արտաքին քաղաքական գիծը, և Մոսկվայի հետ ժամանակի ընթացքում փորձված դաշինքը փոխարինում է ոչ թե Արևմուտքի կոնկրետ օգնության, այլ լոկ մշուշոտ խոստումների հետ։ Այս մասին ՏԱՍՍ-ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավար Սերգեյ Լավրովը:
«Ռազմավարական շրջադարձի ընթացքն արդարացնելու համար նրանք փորձում են Ռուսաստանին մեղադրել հանրապետության բոլոր դժբախտությունների, այդ թվում՝ Ղարաբաղի կորստի համար։ Մենք բազմիցս հրապարակավ խոսել ենք ռուսական մտահոգությունների մասին, հիմա իմաստ չունի կրկին թվարկել Հայաստանի իշխանությունների անբարյացակամ քայլերը»,- ասել է Լավրովը:
Նա ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի համար եղել և մնում է Հարավային Կովկասում ռազմավարական դաշնակից:
«Համոզված ենք, որ բոլոր դժվարությունները ժամանակավոր են և կհաղթահարվեն, եթե լինի քաղաքական կամք։ Ռուս-հայկական կապերի կայուն և համակարգված զարգացումն է, որը համապատասխանում է մեր երկու պետությունների ժողովուրդների հիմնարար շահերին, որոնք ունեն ընդհանուր արժեքներ և միասնական մշակութային կոդ»,- հավելել է Լավրովը։
ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանն այս պահին կանգնած է մի շարք մարտահրավերների առաջ, և, ըստ Լավրովի, դրանց հնարավոր չէ դիմակայել արևմտյան խաղացողների օգնությամբ։
«ԱՄՆ-ն և ԵՄ-ն, ի տարբերություն Ռուսաստանի, չեն ձգտում խաղաղություն և կայունություն հաստատել հանրապետությունում և ընդհանուր առմամբ Հարավային Կովկասում։ Նրանց խնդիրը բոլորովին այլ է՝ դուրս մղել Մոսկվային և տարածաշրջանային մյուս ուժերին, ստեղծել լարվածության նոր օջախ Բալկաններից, Մերձավոր Արևելքից և Ուկրաինայից հետո: Ծանր իրավիճակից ելքն ակնհայտ է՝ Երևանի, Բաքվի և Մոսկվայի եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունները կյանքի կոչել ամենաբարձր մակարդակով»,- նշել է Լավրովը։
