Փաշինյանը ձախողվեց նաև Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի դեմ հետապնդումներում

Չորս տարի ձգված դատաքննությունից հետո երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդումը դադարեցվել է նրա իսկ միջնորդությամբ, ընդ որում Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Աննա Դանիլբեկյանը հաշվի է առել, որ գործող վաղեմության ժամկետը վաղուց ավարտվել է և այսպես, թե այնպես երկրորդ նախագահին հնարավոր չէր ազատազրկման դատապարտել խոշոր կաշառքի մեղադրանքով։
Վաղեմության ժամկետն ավարտվել էր դեռ մայիսին, սակայն Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը պահանջել էր շարունակել դատաքննությունը և իրեն արդարացնել՝ նշելով, որ տխրահռչակ գործարար Սիլվա Համբարձումյանից կաշառք չի վերցրել։ Ի վերջո փաստաբաններն ու Քոչարյանն ինքը համաձայնվել էին ոչ արդարացման հիմքով քրեական հետապնդման դադարեցմանը, քանի որ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն այնպիսի իրավիճակ էին ստեղծել, որ տևական ժամանակ Քոչարյանը չէր կարողանում թե՛ լքել հանրապետության տարածքը և թե՛ ֆինանսական սահմանափակումների մեջ էր հայտնվել։
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2020 թվականին մոտ 2 միլիարդ դրամ հավաքվեց, որպես գրավ վճարելու քրեական դտարանին, ինչից հետո էլ Քոչարյանին ազատ էին արձակել։ Փաստացի, ամենևին չցանկանալով խախատել ոչ երկրորդ նախագահի, ոչ էլ որևէ մեկի անմեղության կանխավարկածը, պետք է փաստենք, որ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն այդպես էլ չեն կարողացել կատարել իրենց տված կարևորագույն խոստումներից մեկը։ Նախկինում կատարված և իրենց կողմից թմբկահարվող թալանի գործերով մեղադրվողներին պատասխանատվության ենթարկել, ընդ որում 2018 թվականի այսպես կոչված հեղափոխության շարժիչ ուժերից մեն էլ հենց նախկիններին պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու կոչերն էին։
Նախկիններից ոչ ոք մինչ օրս քրեական պատասխանատվության չի ենթարկվել, հաշվի չառնելով մի քանի ամիս բանտում անցկացրած ժամանակը։ Գրեթե մեծամասամբ, կամ արդարացվել են, կամ էլ քրեական գործերն այժմ ընթանում են դատարաններում և նրանց ճակատագիրը խիստ անորոշ է։ Արդյոք փաշինյանական իշխանությունը ինչ-ինչ պայմանավորվածությունների է հանգել «նախկինների» հետ, թե պարզապես իրենց դիլետանտության պատճառով չեն կարողանում կատարել իրենց իսկ տված խոստումները, բարդ է ասել։ Ցանկացած պարագայում Փաշինյանի զոմբի զանգվածը պետք է որ իրեն չափազանց խաբված զգա։
