Տարածաշրջանային մենթալիտետ. «Հլը գնամ շեֆի մոտ, տեսնեմ՝ ինչ հաշիվ է»

«Առավոտ» թերթն իր խմբագրականում գրում է. «Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը պնդում է, որ ԱՄՆ-ում քննարկվող պատժամիջոցները, որոնք ուղղված են իր երկրի դեմ, «հայկական լոբբիի» խարդավանքների հետեւանքն են: Չգիտեմ՝ արդյոք նրանք իրոք այդպե՞ս են կարծում, թե՞ պարզապես առիթ են ստեղծում՝ հայերին էլի ինչ-որ բանում մեղադրելու համար, բայց պարզ է, որ այդ պաշտոնյաները չեն ցանկանում ընդունել, որ իրենց երկրում իսկապես կոպտորեն խախտվում են մարդու իրավունքները:
Իհարկե, այս առումով Ալիեւի վարչակազմը միայնակ չէ, բայց «պատասխան» մեղադրանքները Միացյալ Նահանգների հասցեին խոսում են այդ վարչակազմի որոշակի մտավոր մակարդակի մասին: Դա շատ նման է այն իրավիճակին, երբ Ֆրանսիայում խոսում էին Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին, իսկ թուրքերը պատասխանում են՝ «բա դուք ի՞նչ էիք անում Ալժիրում»:
Այստեղ, հետեւաբար, մենք գործ ունենք տարածաշրջանային մենթալիտետի հետ, որն առկա է նաեւ հայերիս մոտ: Եթե, ասենք, որեւէ թատերական ներկայացում ինձ դուր չգա, եւ ես դրա մասին գրեմ, ներկայացման ռեժիսորի մտքով անգամ չի անցնի մտածել այդ ներկայացման իրական թերությունների մասին: Առաջին միտքը, որը նրա մեջ կառաջանա՝ «տեսնես, ո՞վ է նրան բզում, իմ ո՞ր չուզողը, իմ աթոռին ո՞ր աչք տնկողը»: Կամ՝ եթե, ենթադրենք, օմբուդսմենը զերկույց գրի կրթական համակարգի մասին, կրթության եւ գիտության նախարարը չի հիշի, որ Հայաստանի հանրակրթական դպրոցների մեծ մասում դեռեւս «քարե դար է», նա կսկսի հաշվարկել, թե իշխանության ո՞ր օղակներում է իր դեմ դավադրություն պատրաստվում եւ որտեղի՞ց է պետք հարվածի սպասել: Ի վերջո, կեզրակացնի. «Հլը գնամ շեֆի մոտ, տեսնեմ՝ ինչ հաշիվ է»:
