Պավել Պետրոսյանը Մարտունու շրջանի Ճարտար քաղաքային համայնքից է: MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում նա ներկայացնում է իր ընտանիքի պատմությունը: Վառելիք չունենալու պատճառով նրանք վերջինն էլ լքել հարազատ բնակավայրը, այն դեպքում, երբ ադրբեջանական զինուժի մեքենաներն արդեն Ճարտարում են եղել:

«Մայրական կողմի պապս ու տատիկս անկողնային հիվանդ են եղել, ընդ որում՝ պապիկս կոկորդի քաղցկեղ ուներ: Այն ի հայտ է եկել բլոկադայի ժամանակ և քանի որ 83 տարեկան էր, քիմիաթերապիան բացառեցինք, միակ լուծումն այդ պահին կերակրակրափողի ստենդավորումն էր: Ստենդը պատվիրեինք Երևանից և մինչ սպասում էինք, որ Կարմիր խաչի կամ շտապ օգնության մեքենաներով կբերեն, Արցախը պաշարվեց: Ճանապարհը փակվեց նաև հումանիտար բեռների համար»,- պատմում է Պավելը:

Գնալով Ասլան Առստամյանի առողջական վիճակն օր-օրի ավելի էր վատանում: Նրա թոռն ասում է, որ սնվելու հետ խնդիրներ ուներ, բայց չնայած Արցախի շրջափակմանն ու սննդի բացակայությանը, ընտանիքն ամեն ինչ անում էր տան մեծերի առողջական վիճակը բավարարելու համար:

«Հետո եկավ սեպտեմբերի 19-ը, սկսվեց ռազմական օպերացիան: Դժվար էր իհարկե մեզ համար, բայց ամենադաժանը տեղահանության ժամանակ պապիկիս խնդրանք էր, անընդհատ ասում էր՝ «դուք գնացեք, ինձ թողեք այստեղ, չեմ ուզում բեռ լինել ձեզ համար»: Ինքը գիտեր, որ երկար չի ապրի, հավանաբար դրա համար էր ասում»,-հիշում է մեր զրուցակիցը:

Ընտանիքը, ինչպեսև Ճարտարում գտնվող բնակիչները, մեծ դժվարությամբ են հասել Ստեփանակերտ: Օրերով սպասել են մինչև մայրաքաղաքից վառելիք կհասցնեն, ու նաև որ ավտոբուսներ կտրամադրվեն սեպտեմբերի 19-ից հետո 4 կողմից շրջափակված Մարտունու շրջանին: Պավելն ասում է, որ իրավիճակն իսկապես անելանելի էր․ «Մի կողմից տունը հարկադրաբար լքելու զգացողությունը, մյուս կողմից ադրբեջանցիների ավտոշարասյան մուտքը  և մարդկանց խուճապն ավելի էր մոտեցնում ցանկությանը, որ դուրս գանք, փրկվենք»: 

Սեպտեմբերի 27-ին սպասված ավտոբուսները ժամանում են: Պավելն իր մոր, անկողնային վիճակում գտնվող տատիկի ու պապիկի, կնոջ ու մանկահասակ երեխայի հետ տեղավորվում և մի կերպ հասնում են Ստեփանակերտ, ուղիղ հիվանդանոց, որ այնտեղ առաջին անհրաժեշտ օգնություն ցուցաբերեն: «Հիվանդանոցում իրավիճակն այնքան վատ էր, ծանր վիճակում գտնվող հիվանդները շատ էին, պապիկին բուժօգնություն, որպես այդպիսին չի ցուցաբերվել, իսկ սեպտեմբերի 28-ին ամբողջ հիվանդանոցը տարհանվել է, այդ թվում՝ մերոնք»,- հիշում է նա։ 

Ճանապարհին, Հակարի կամրջի մոտ, երբ Արցախը կամաց-կամաց «վերջանում էր», Ասլան Առստամյանի մոտ սրտի կանգ է գրանցվում: Կամրջի հակառակ՝ հայկական կողմում արդեն սպասում էին ռեանիմոբիլները: 83-ամյա Ասլան Առստամյանի դիակը նույն մեքենայով տեղափոխում են Գորիս: Թոռը պատմում է, որ իր մորեղբայրները Ռուսաստանից եկել ու իրենց հորը տեղափոխել են ՌԴ, այնտեղ էլ հուղարկավորել: «Պապս հիվանդության դեմ, այո՛, պայքարում էր, բայց նրա մահն արագացրեց Արցախի, հայրենի Ճարտարի կորուստը, որտեղ ծնվել ու ապրել է մի ամբողջ կյանք»:

«Հոգատար, ուշադիր ու նվիրված պապիկ էր Ասլան Առստամյանը: Մեզ համար և՛ մեծ հայր է եղել և՛ սիրելի պապիկ: Բոլորս կարոտում ենք, մանավադ աղջիկս,իր ծոռը, որ ամեն անգամ ասում է գնանք Ճարտար դեդոյին տեսնենք»,- խոսքը եզրափակում է Պավելը։ 

Հիշեցնենք, որ ըստ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հրապարակած տվյալների, Արցախից Հայաստան գաղթի ճանապարհին մահացել է 64 մարդ։
