Դեկտեմբերի 30-ին` ժամը 04։30-ի սահմաններում,ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել անհայտ անձի կողմից, ով հայտնել է, որ Թումանյան փողոցի 32 հասցեում գործող «Գրիլյան» ռեստորանը թալանել են։
Shamshyan.com-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ արդեն տեղում ռեստորանի տնօրեն 47-ամյա Դավիթ Մ․-ն ոստիկաններին հայտնել է, որ անհայտ անձը բացել է ռեստորանի դուռը, մտել ներս և պոկելու եղանակով գողացել ու իր հետ տարել է դրամարկղը։
Մինչ քննիչները դեպքի վայրի զննություն էին կատարում ժամը 05։00-ի սահմաններում ՊԾ Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 4-րդ գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի պարեկները Հանրապետության փողոցում բռնում և ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին են տեղափոխում 2 քաղաքացու։
Նշված անձինք բաժին են տեղափոխվում գողություն կատարելու հիմնավոր կասկածով։
Պարզվում է, որ պարեկները ճիշտ հետքի վրա են դուրս եկել ու հետապնդումը արդյունք է տվել։
Նշված անձինք են Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 20-ամյա Լևոն Ք․-ն և Երևանի բնակիչ 22-ամյա Տիգրան Մ․-ն։
Վերջինիս մոտ հայտնաբերվում է գաղտնի փականով դանակ, որով ռեստորանի դուռը բացել են ու մտել ներս։
Դեպքի փաստով Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների 3-րդ քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
