Դեկտեմբերի 28-ին խուլիգանություն է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Այդ օրը ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություներ են ստացվել, որ Ալեք Մանուկյան փողոցում գործող ռեստորանային համալիրներից մեկի մոտ վիճաբանություն և ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել։ Գրել է Shamshyan.com-ը։
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Երվանդ Նիկոյանի և ոստիկանության Մարաշի բաժանմունքի պետ Մառլեն Հակոբյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Ոստիկանները օպերատիվ միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզել են, որ նույն օրը ժամը 23։30-ի սահմաններում Ալեք Մանուկյան փողոցում գործող «Մոնտանա» ռեստորանում ակումբի հաճախորդներ, Երևանի բնակիչներ 24-ամյա Սեպուհ Ն․-ն, 29-ամյա Եփրեմ Հ․-ն, Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչներ 32-ամյա Գևորգ Զ․-ն, 30-ամյա Վահան Վ․-ն, Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 33-ամյա Արամ Մ․-ն, Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 46-ամյա Գնել Պ․-ն և Երևանի բնակիչ 33-ամյա Ալեքսանդր Մ․-ն վիճաբանել են Շիրակի մարզի բնակիչ 28-ամյա Հովհաննես Մ․-ի հետ, որտեղ կոպիտ կերպով խախտել են հասարակական կարգը, հայհոյանքներ հնչեցրել միմյանց հասցեին, ինչպես նաև ձեռքերով և ոտքերով հարվածել միմյանց։
Նշված անձինք ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի, ոստիկանության Մարաշի բաժանմունքի և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի պարեկների կողմից հայտնաբերվել ու կասկածանքով տեղափոխվել են ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին, որտեղ դեպքի փաստով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ և նյութերը փոխանցվել են Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով Հովհաննես Մ․-ն աշխատում է նշված ակումբում, որպես մատուցող, իսկ մյուս անձինք բոլորն աշխատում են «Արմենիա ԷԹՓ» բարեգործական հիմնադրամում։
