Ռուսաստանը, որը ստանձնել է ԱՊՀ-ի նախագահությունը 2024 թվականի սկզբից, նախատեսում է խորացնել համագործակցությունը Համագործակցության երկրների միջև ռազմական և ռազմատեխնիկական ոլորտներում։ Այս մասին ասվում է Կրեմլի կայքում հրապարակված «Նախագահության հայեցակարգում»։
«Ջանքերը կկենտրոնացվեն ԱՊՀ-ում ընդունված երկարաժամկետ ծրագրերի իրականացման վրա՝ համատեղ ռազմական համակարգերի զարգացման, ռազմական անձնակազմի ռազմական մասնագիտական պատրաստության, ռազմական կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի, սպորտի և բազմակողմ ռազմական համագործակցության այլ ոլորտներում համագործակցության ընդլայնման վրա։ Զգալի ուշադրություն կդարձվի ռազմահայրենասիրական դաստիարակության և ընդհանուր հոգևոր ու բարոյական արժեքների հանրահռչակման ոլորտում համատեղ աշխատանքին»,- ասվում է փաստաթղթում։
Բացի այդ, «մենք կշարունակենք ամրապնդել ավանդական և նոր մարտահրավերներին ու սպառնալիքներին համատեղ հակազդելու մեխանիզմները, ինչպիսիք են ահաբեկչությունը, ծայրահեղականությունը, անդրազգային հանցագործությունը, հանցագործությունից ստացված եկամուտների օրինականացումը (լվացումը), թմրամիջոցների, հոգեմետ նյութերի և դրանց պրեկուրսորների ապօրինի շրջանառությունը՝ հրազեն, զինամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր և պայթուցիկ սարքեր»:
Հայեցակարգի համաձայն՝ հատուկ ուշադրություն կդարձվի 2024-2028 թվականների հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի համատեղ միջոցառումների միջպետական ծրագրի իրականացմանը, ահաբեկչության և ծայրահեղականության դեմ պայքարում ԱՊՀ անդամ պետությունների 2023-2025 թվականների համագործակցության ծրագրին և այլ ոլորտներին:
«Նախատեսվում է մեծացնել այդ հարցերում ԱՊՀ-ի փոխգործակցության ներուժը ՄԱԿ-ի, ՀԱՊԿ-ի, ՇՀԿ-ի համապատասխան կառույցների, ինչպես նաև այլ կազմակերպությունների և ասոցիացիաների հետ։ Հրազենի ապօրինի շրջանառությունը կշարունակվի, ջանքեր կուղղվեն կենսաբանական անվտանգության ապահովման ոլորտում՝ ամրապնդելու կենսաբանական ռիսկերի մոնիտորինգի համակարգը, մշակելու ընդհանուր սկզբունքներ և մոտեցումներ դրանց արձագանքելիս»,- նշվում է փաստաթղթում։
