Այսօր՝ հունվարի 2-ին, ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Արագածոտնի մարզում։ Ժամը 08։00-ի սահմաններում Երևան-Վանաձոր ավտոճանապարհի՝ ժողովրդին հայտնի Աշտարակի ճանապարհային ոստիկանության անշարժ հենակետի հարևանությամբ Mercedes մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, դեպի Երևան ընթանալիս, դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց, բախվել թույլատրելի հատվածում կայանված ՎԱԶ-2106 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային։Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով 4 վիրավոր կա, որոնցից 3-ը տեղափոխվել են «Աշտարակ» բժշկական կենտրոն, իսկ 1-ը՝ «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն։
Վիրավորներին առաջինը օգնության են հասել քաղաքացիներն ու օպերատիվորեն ժամանած «Աշտարակ» բժշկական կենտրոնի շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը, ովքեր վիրավորներին մինչև հիվանդանոցներ տեղափոխելը տեղում առաջին բուժօգնություն են ցուցաբերել։Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Փրկարար ծառայության Աշտարակի թիվ 19 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից՝ 1 մարտական հաշվարկ։ Վիրավորներից 2-ին շտապօգնության ավտոմեքենային են մոտեցրել փրկարարներն ու քաղաքացիները։
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Արագածոտնի մարզի գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Մհեր Մելքոնյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Ռոբերտ Ղազազյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության ավագ տեսուչ Արման Բաղդասարյանի և վաշտի հրամանատար Ռոման Միրզախանյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Տեղում տարածքը սահմանազատել և ծառայություն են կատարում նույն վաշտի պարեկ Նվարդ Ղանդիլյանն ու կրտսեր պարեկ Արամ Ավագյանը։Վթարի մասին ՊԾ Արագածոտնի մարզի գումարտակից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։Պարեկային ծառայությունն ու քննչական վարչությունը պարզում են վարորդների և վիրավորների ինքնությունը։
Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ Mercedes-ը, երբ բախվել է 06-ին, մոտ 10 մ առաջ է ընթացել և 2 ավտոմեքենաներն էլ բախվել են երկաթե արգելապատնեշին, իսկ վիրավորները աշխատում են ՀՀ Արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայությունում։
