Ռիսկի խումբ. Ինչո՞ւ է գրիպով վարակվելը վտանգավոր շաքարախտով մարդկանց համար

Սրտանոթային հիվանդություններով, շաքարախտով ու մի շարք այլ հիվանդություններով տառապող մարդկանց, նաեւ տարեցների, երեխաների ու հղի կանանց համար գրիպով վարակվելն ավելի վտանգավոր է, մյուսների համար: Ի՞նչ կապ կա շաքարախտի ու գրիպի միջեւ ու ինչո՞ւ են շաքարախտով հիվանդները ռիսկի խմբում:
Ինչպես NEWS.am Medicine-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում բացատրեց էնդոկրինոլոգ ու դիետոլոգ Հասմիկ Աբովյանը, շաքարախտով հիվանդ ոչ բոլոր մարդիկ են անհրաժեշտ բուժում ստանում ու կոմպենսացնում արյան մեջ գլյուկոզայի քանակը: Ոմանք նույնիսկ չգիտեն, որ շաքարախտով հիվանդ են, ոմանք էլ գիտեն, բայց ոչինչ չեն ձեռնարկում այն կոմպենսացնելու համար: Դրա հետեւանքով՝ արյան մեջ շաքարի մշտապես բարձր մակարդակի պատճառով նրանց մոտ զարգանում է նեյրոպատիա, անգիոպատիա (անոթների ախտահարում), նեֆրոպատիա, երիկամների գործառույթների խախտում ու այլ խնդիրներ: Այդ ամենը թուլացնում է շաքարախտով հիվանդների իմունային համակարգը ու նրանց խոցելի դարձնում ինֆեկցիաների նկատմամբ: Հենց այդ պատճառով էլ շաքարախտ ունեցողները կարող են ավելի հեշտությամբ վարակվել գրիպով (եւ այլ ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդություններով) ու վարակվելուց հետո բարդացումների զարգացման հավանականությունը նույնպես նրանց դեպքում ավելի բարձր է:
Շաքարախտով տառապող մարդու մոտ գրիպի բուժումն իր բարդություններն ու առանձնահատկություններն ունի: Ինչպես նշել է մասնագետը՝ գրիպը լուրջ սթրես է օրգանիզմի համար, իսկ սթրեսը նպաստում է արյան մեջ գլյուկոզայի մակարդակի բարձրացմանը, ինչն էլ իր հերթին վատացնում է հիվանդի վիճակը: Հենց այդ պատճառով էլ գրիպը բուժելիս անհրաժեշտ է նաեւ շաքարախտով բուժման կորեկցիա անել, որպեսզի արյան մեջ գլյուկոզայի մակարդակը նորմայի շրջանակում մնա: Օրինակ, եթե 2-րդ տեսակի շաքարախտով հիվանդն այն փոխհատուցելու համար հաբեր է ընդունում, գրիպի դեպքում դա կարող է բավարար չլինել, ու նա կարող է ինսուլինի կարիք ունենալ: 1-ին տեսակի շաքարախտով մարդուն էլ կարող է ինսուլինի չափաբաժինների կորեկցիա պահանջվել:
Եթե շաքարախտով տառապողը գրիպով է հիվանդացել, ինքնաբուժումով ցանկալի է չզբաղվել՝ շատ ավելի ճիշտ կլինի վստահել մասնագետներին, որոնք կկազմակերպեն թե՛ գրիպի բուժումը, թե՛ շաքարախտի վերահսկողությունը: Յուրաքանչյուր 4 ժամը մեկ խորհուրդ է տրվում չափել արյան մեջ գլյուկոզայի մակարդակը, դրա կտրուկ տատանումները կանխելու համար:
Հասմիկ Աբովյանը շաքարախտով հիվանդներին նաեւ խորհուրդ է տալիս գրիպի դեմ պատվաստվել: Պատվաստանյութն իհարկե հարյուրտոկոսանոց պաշտպանություն չի ապահովում, քանի որ գրիպի վիրուսը շատ արագ է մուտացվում, բայցեւայնպես այն կնվազեցնի վարակվելու հավանականությունը:
Իսկ եթե դուք չգիտեք, որ շաքարախտ ունեք, գուցե արժե համենայն դեպս ստուգվել, մանավանդ եթե ձեր ընտանիքում կան ուրիշ շաքարախտով հիվանդներ, եթե դուք ավելորդ քաշ ունեք ու եթե ձեր գոտկատեղի հաստությունը 82 սմ-ից շատ է ( կանանց դեպքում) ու 92-ից շատ՝ տղամարդկանց դեպքում: Արյան մեջ գլյուկոզայի մակարդակը ստուգող անալիզը կարելի է հանձնել պոլիկլինիկայում, ըստ բնակության վայրի:
