Ադրբեջանն ու Հայաստանը զգալի առաջընթաց են գրանցել խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստում, սակայն չլուծված հարցերը մնում են, «Berliner Zeitung»-ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը։
«Ադրբեջանը բարեխղճորեն բանակցում է Հայաստանի հետ տարբեր վայրերում՝ տարածաշրջանում երկար սպասված խաղաղությանը հասնելու համար: Մենք իսկապես հավատում ենք, որ կա խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքելու պատմական հնարավորություն, և մենք չպետք է բաց թողնենք այս հնարավորությունը: Նշանակալի առաջընթաց է գրանցվել խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստի շուրջ, սակայն դեռևս կան մի քանի չլուծված հարցեր», – ասել է նա:
Նրա խոսքով՝ Արցախի հարցն ամբողջությամբ հանվել է օրակարգից։
Հաջիևը նաև ընդգծել է, որ Իրանի տարածքով տրանսպորտային նախագծի իրականացումը չի նշանակում, որ Հայաստանով երթուղին այլևս չի դիտարկվելու։
«Մենք պատրաստ ենք աշխատել Հայաստանի հետ այս հարցում։ Նախիջևանի հետ Հայաստանի տարածքով տրանսպորտային կապը չի ազդի նրա ինքնիշխանության վրա։ Այս թեմայի շուրջ հիստերիան լրիվ անհիմն է»,- ասել է նա։
