Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ նախօրեին Լոռու մարզ կատարած շրջայցը, ձևական զայրույթը և մի քանի պաշտոնյաների պաշտոնանակությունը վկայում են, որ Փաշինյանը նոր շոու է նախապատրաստել հանրության ուշադրությունը շատ ավելի կարևոր խնդիրներից շեղելու համար։

Հիշեցնենք՝ Փաշինյանը Լոռիում վեց համայնք էր այցելել, որտեղ կառավարությունը դպրոցներ, մարզադահլիճներ ու բժշկական կենտրոն է կառուցել։ Փաշինյանը շրջել էր, կոշտ դիտողություններ արել, պոկել կախիչները, մատնացույց արել շինարարության ընթացքում կատարված բոլոր թերությունները, հայտարարել, թե դժգոհ է, իսկ երեկ էլ Կառավարության նիստում նշել էր, թե իրեն պետք է ոչ թե խնդիրների մասին բարձրաձայնող, այլ խնդիրները լուծող պաշտոնյաներ։

Քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի նախարար Արմեն Ղուլարյանն ու Լոռու մարզպետ Արամ Խաչատրյանը անհապաղ ազատվել էին զբաղեցրած պաշտոններից, ընդ որում Ղուլարյանը Փաշինյանի համերկրացին էր, ամենաիսկական նախկին, որը բավականին լուրջ ունեցվածք էր կուտակել Սերժ Սարգսյանի կառավարման տարիներին, սակայն, իջևանցի լինելու հանգամանքով պայմանավորված, շարունակում էր պաշտոնավարել նաև Փաշինյանի օրոք։

Արամ Խաչատրյանն էլ ջերմ հարաբերություններ ուներ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ։ Թե ո՞րն է իրական պատճառը, որ Փաշինյանն ազատվում է այս պաշտոնյաներից, թերևս դժվար թե հանրությունը տեղեկանա, բայց նոր շոուներ կազմակերպելու Փաշինյանի անհագ ձգտումը նորանոր հորիզոններ են նվաճելու, ընդ որում ՔՊ-ում բավականին լուրջ դժգոհություն ունեն Խաչատրյանի հեռացման կապակցությամբ և նշում են, որ նրանից առաջ պետք է պաշտոնանկ արվեր Տարածքային կառավարման նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանը, ինչպես նաև համապատասխան տեսչական մարմինների ղեկավարները, որոնք էլ պետք է իրականացնեին վերահսկողությունը, այլ ոչ թե ողջ կուժն ու կուլան կոտրվեր Լոռու այլևս նախկին մարզպետի գլխին, որը, ի դեպ, ըստ մամուլում շրջանառվող տեղեկութունների, բոլոր շանսերն ուներ Փաշինյանի խնամին դառնալու։
