Դեպի Ռուսաստան գնացող՝ հայկական ապրանքներով բեռնված մոտ 200 բեռնատար դուրս է եկել Հայաստանի սահմանից, սակայն դեռևս Վերին Լարսի անցակետում ձևակերպում չի անցել. խոչընդոտը եղանակային պայմաններն են:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում իրավիճակը ներկայացրել է Ռուսաստանում ՀՀ դեսպանությանը կից մաքսային կցորդ Վահան Հակոբյանը:
«Այսօրվա դրությամբ մոտ 200 բեռնատար ունենք, որ Հայաստանի սահմանները լքել են և դեռևս Լարսում ձևակերպված չեն: Դրանց մի մասն արդեն անցել է սահմանը, ռուսական կողմում ձևակերպում են ստանում, մյուս մասը՝ վրացական կողմում կամ մինչև արգելափակված հատվածում են, կամ արդեն անցել են, սպասում են ընթացքը շարունակելուն»,-ասել է Հակոբյանը:
Մաքսային կցորդը վստահեցնում է՝ միակ խոչընդոտը եղանակային պայմաններն են, Խաչի լեռնանցքում հաճախ տեղացող ձյան, մերկասառույցի պատճառով բեռնատարների համար երթևեկությունը սահմանափակվում է:
«Այս պահի դրությամբ էլ սահմանափակված է: Ձնամաքրման աշխատանքներից հետո սպասում ենք, որ ճանապարհը կրկին երթևեկելի կլինի նաև բեռնատարների համար»,-ասել է Հակոբյանը:
Ըստ նրա՝ կան փչացող ապրանքներ, բայց այս պահի դրությամբ շատ չեն:
Իսկ Ռուսաստանից եկող ուղղությամբ բեռնատարները քիչ են՝ մի քանի տասնյակ, հիմնական մասն անցել է:
Մաքսային կցորդը վստահեցրել է, որ խնդիրների մասին օպերատիվ կերպով տեղեկանում են:
«Այս պահին ոչ մի այդպիսի խնդիր չունենք, որի համար անհանգստանալու կարիք լինի: Ամեն ինչ բնականոն ռեժիմով իրականացվում է, մեր բեռները ձևակերպվում, անցնում են Ռուսաստանի սահման»,-հավաստիացրել է Հակոբյանը:
Վերջին օրերին պարբերաբար տեղեկատվություն է ստացվում, որ Ստեփանծմինդա-Լարս ավտոճանապարհը փակ է բեռնատարների համար։
