Չի բացառվում, որ էքստրասենս Անի Մաջնունյանի սպանությունը  մեկ այլ անձ կատարած լինի:

Նման կարծիք  Shabat.am-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց էքստրասենսի  սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող «Յանուս» թատրոնի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար Մուշեղ Մխիթարյանի պատշպան Մարինե Ֆարմանյանը, ում խոսքով գործում շատ բացեր կան:

«Գործով միակ վկան՝ Աննան, ով Մուշեղի դեմ ցուցմունք է տվել, նրա ընկերուհին է  փաստորեն, իրենք սիրային կապի մեջ են եղել: Անհասկանալի է, թե այդ աղջիկն ինչի հիման վրա է Մուշեղին այդպիսի դաժան արարքի մեջ մեղադրում: 59 հարվածը սովորական սպանություն չէ»,-ասաց փաստաբանը, նկատելով, որ միգուցե և Աննայի դաժան ցուցմունքը պայմանավորված է մեկ այլ անձի գոյությամբ:

«Աննան նկարագրում է հանցագործության կատարումը փաստորեն՝ինչպես են արել, գնացել, այսինքն Աննան անմիջական մասնակցություն ունի, ուղղակի Մուշեղն այս պահին Աննայի դեմ ցուցմունք չի տալիս, ես էլ իրեն հորդորել եմ ճիշտն ասել: Ասել եմ, որ եթե դու չես կատարել այդ արարքը ու ես հասկանում եմ, որ այդ մեղադրանքների մեջ շատ բաց տեղեր կան, հետևաբար ճիշտն ասա, եթե Աննան է մեղավոր կամ Աննայի հետ ինչ-որ մի երրորդ անձի ես կասկածում, ասա, թող նախաքննությունը այդ վարկածը ստուգի: Հնարավոր է, որ սպանությունը կատարած լինի մի երրորդ անձ, ուրիշ տղամարդ, գցեն Մուշեղի վրա»,-շարունակեց փաստաբանը:

Փաստաբանի խոսքով, դեռ պետք է պարզվի, թե ինչու է Աննան այդպիսի դաժան արարք կատարելու մեջ Մուշեղի Մխիթարյանին  մեղադրում. «Մուշեղը պնդում է, որ ինքն այդ արարքը չի կատարել և յուրաքանչյուր տրամաբանող մարդու մոտ  կասկած կառաջանա մյուս փատերը վերլուծելով, համադրելով իրար հետ, թե ինչու պետք է այդ աղջնակը այդքան դաժան սպանության մեջ հենց ուղիղ մատնացույց աներ Մուշեղին: Երբ լսում ես պատմությունը Մուշեղի տեսանկյունից, հասկանում ես, որ այդտեղ երրորդ անձ կարող է եղած լինել»:

Փաստաբանը փոխանցեց նաև, որ Մուշեղ Մխիթարյանի դատահոգեբուժական  փորձաքննության արդյունքները դեռ չեն ստացվել, դրան ենք սպասում:  Դրանց ստացումից հետո, կշարունակվեն մյուս գործողությունները, կհստակեցվի  Մուշեղ Մխիթարյանի ցուցմունք տալու հարցը:  

Նրա խոսքով, նախաքննության ավարտից հետո, շատ բաներ կպարզվեն:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2015թ. օգոստոսի 5-ին Երևանի Մազմանյան 5 շենքի թիվ 20 բնակարանում հայտնաբերվել է «6-րդ զգայարան» հաղորդաշարի էքստրասենս, 53-ամյա Անի Մաջնունյանի դին՝ բազմաթիվ ծակած-կտրած վնասվածքներով: Մուշեղ Մխիթարյանին, մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ կետով (սպանություն` զուգորդված ավազակությամբ):
