ՀՀԿ ԳՄ ՀԱՅՏԱՐԱՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ
ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանի կալանքի երկարաձգման վերաբերյալ 08.01.2024 թվականի դատական նիստը հերթական անգամ վերածվեց դատական ֆարսի և ցանկացած ողջամիտ մարդու համար մեկ անգամ ևս ակներևաբար ցույց տվեց, որ Արմեն Աշոտյանը ենթարկվում է քաղաքական հետապնդման:
Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատական ակտով հաստատվել էր, որ Արմեն Աշոտյանին մեղսագրվող ամենածանր արարքի` փողերի լվացման վերաբերյալ հիմնավոր կասկածն ընդհանրապես բացակայում է, իսկ տուժող ճանաչված իրավաբանական անձը լուծարվել է մինչև Ա. Աշոտյանին վերագրվող ենթադրյալ արարքը, Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանը ևս երեք ամսով երկարաձգեց Ա. Աշոտյանի կալանքի ժամկետը:
Աշոտյանի կալանավորման որոշումը զուրկ է որևէ իրավական հիմքից, քանի որ այդ շինծու քրեական գործում առկա չէ ներգրավված կողմերի վրա ազդեցություն գործադրելը հաստատող որևէ ապացույց: Շուրջ մեկ տասնյակ հեղինակավոր գործիչների երաշխավորության առկայության պայմաններում դատարանը անհիմն կերպով մերժեց Արմեն Աշոտյանին ազատ արձակելու և խափանման այլընտրանքային միջոցներ կիրառելու միջնորդությունը:
Իր այդ որոշմամբ դատարանը մեկ անգամ ևս ապացուցեց, որ գործող իշխանությունների հնազանդ գործիքն է և պատրաստ է շարունակել Հայաստանում արդեն իսկ արմատավորված` կալանքը բռնաճնշում և այլախոհության համար պատիժ օգտագործելու ապօրինի պրակտիկան: Դատական համակարգի օգտագործումը ռեժիմի ընդդիմախոսների դեմ քաղաքական հետապնդման նպատակով Հայաստանի իշխանությունների համար դարձել է առօրյա երևույթ:
Հայաստանը գնալով ավելի է գլորվում ավտորիտարիզմի գիրկը՝ ի հակառակ Հարավային Կովկասում որպես «ժողովրդավարության բաստիոն, կղզյակ, փարոս» դիրքավորելու իշխանությունների անհաջող ինքնագովազդային փորձերի: Հայկական ինքնությունը և ազգային շահերը պաշտպանող քաղաքական և հասարակական գործիչները գտնվում են Հայաստանի իշխանությունների թիրախում:
Այսօր, ինչպես և նախկինում արդիական է մնում հանրային լայն համախմբման ապահովումը ի սատարումն անազատության մեջ հայտնված գործիչների, քանի որ նրանց պաշտպանությունն այսօր հանրային ինքնապաշտպանություն է։ Մեկ անգամ ևս վերահաստատում ենք, որ շարունակելու ենք օրենքով չարգելված բոլոր միջոցներով պայքարել Արմեն Աշոտյանի իրավունքներն ու ազատությունը պաշտպանելու համար՝ ինչպես Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ արտերկրում:
