Հայաստանն Ադրբեջանին է փոխանցել առաջարկությունների հերթական փաթեթը հունվարի սկզբին։ Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը հայտարարել է, թե Երևանը խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստում որոշակի հետընթաց է նկատել։

Խոսելով Բաքվից ստացած վերջին նախագծի վերաբերյալ, որին հայկական կողմն արդեն պատասխանել է, Արմեն Գրիգորյանը մանրամասներ չի հայտնել, ինչպես և չեն հայտնում որևէ մանրամասն ցանկացած այլ դեպքում։ Առաջարկությունների փաթեթների փոխանակումն արդեն 8-րդ անգամն է տեղի ունենում, բայց հայկական կողմն ընդհանրապես որևէ մանրամասն չի հայտնում, ընդամենը բավարարվում է հավաստիացումներով, թե իբր խաղաղության պայմանագիրը լինելու է ի շահ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, մինչդեռ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է կոշտացնել իր հռետորաբանությունը՝ պահանջելով Նախիջևանի հետ ճանապարհ տրամադրել առանց մաքսային և սահմանային վերահսկողության։

Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը հայտարարել է, թե Երևանը նման պարտավորություն ստանձնել է 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո ստորագրված եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ։ Պաշտոնական Երևանը բազմիցս նշել է, որ որևէ միջանցքային տրամաբանություն, որևէ հայտարարության մեջ չկա, իսկ հաղորդակցությունների բացումը պետք է իրակնացվի բացառապես Հայաստանի իրավազորության սահմաններում և դա կարմիր գիծ է։

Փաշինյանական իշխանությունը բազմաթիվ կարմիր գծեր է հատել և որևէ մեկը կասկած չունի, որ այս անգամ ևս իշխանությունը պահելու նպատակով գործող վարչախումբը չի վարանի հերթական կարմիր գիծը խախտելու, ուստի և գործող վարչախմբի բոլոր հավաստիացումները կեղծ են և մտացածին։ Իրականում Ադրբեջանը հրաշալի հասկանում է, որ կարող է շատ ավելին պոկել, քան պոկել է մինչ այժմ և շարունակում է հետևողականորեն ջրել Փաշինյանի հռչակած խաղաղության դարաշրջանը։ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների վարքն էլ ընդամենը մեկ պատճառաբանություն ունի՝ ամեն գնով պահպանել իշխանությունը։
