Հայաստանը կողմ է, որ Ադրբեջանի հետ բանակցություններն արդյունավետություն ունենան։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Սարգիս Խանդանյանը։
Իշխանական պատգամավորն ընդգծեց՝ Հայաստանը կարևորում է, որ այն ֆորմատները, որոնք ձևավորված են, շարունակական լինեն։
Նրա խոսքով՝ դրանք որոշակիորեն միջազգային հեղինակություն են հաղորդում բանակցություններին, ավելի լեգիտիմ են դարձնում բանակցությունները ու ռիսկերն ավելի կառավարելի են դարձնում։
Խանդանյանը հայտարարեց, որ երկկողմ բանակցությունների առաջարկ չի եղել Հայաստանին։
«Մեզ համար առաջնահերթ կարևորություն ունի բանակցությունների բովանդակությունն ու սկզբունքների ամրագրումը, որ բանակցությունները լինեն միջնորդների մասնակցությամբ, թե երկկողմ։ Եթե սկզբունքները չարձանագրվեն, ապա պայմանավորվածություններն այն արժեքը չեն ունենա, որն ակնկալում ենք»,- նշեց պատգամավորը։
Ինչ վերաբերում է խաղաղության պայմանագրի հայկական կողմի առաջարկներին, որոնք ուղարկվել են Բաքու, Սարգիս Խանդանյանն ասաց․ «Ենթադրում եմ, որ խաղաղության պայմանագրի վերջին տարբերակը, որ ուղարկվել է Բաքու, կրկին այնտեղ տեղ են գտել այն դրույթները, որոնք մեզ համար շատ սկզբունքային են։ Խաղաղության պայմանագիրը կկքնվի, երբ այն սկզբունքները, որոնք արտահայտվում են խաղաղության պայմանագրի մեր տարբերակում, Ադրբեջանի կողմից ընդունելի լինեն, այդ ժամանակ խաղաղության պայմանագիրը հնարավոր կլինի ստորագրել, այդ սկզբունքներից մեկը նաև տարածքային ամբողջականության անվերապահ ճանաչումն է»։
