Նախկինների թալանի մասին աջուձախ բղավող կապիտուլյնատի թիմի թալանն աննախադեպ է...Արմավիրի մարզի դպրոցներից մեկում Նիկոլ Անհողի էժանագին բեմականացումը մեկ նպատակ ուներ՝ իր թիմակիցների թալանը, որից նա ևս, ըստ իս, բաժին ունի, վերագրել միայն "անբարեխիղճ" շինարարին...ԿԳՄՍԱԳԼՃԿ նախարարի ձեռքում հայտնված ցնցուղը, որը շուկայում լավագույն դեպքում 1000-1500 դրամ է, շինարարը "գնել" է 71 920 դրամով...
Ու Նիկոլի հիստերիկ բեմականացման արդյունքում բոլորը գոհ են. Նիկոլը, որ իրեն երկրպագողներին, ժեխին ու փթիրին համոզեց, որ նա ոչ միայն այդ ամենի հետ, իբր, կապ չունի, այլև պայքարում է այդ ամենի դեմ ու շատ է մտածում հանրության մասին, մարզպետը և քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի նախագահը, որ հեռացվեցին պաշտոններից և "լավ պրծան" այս ամենից... Դե շինարարի դեմ էլ քրեական գործ չեն հարուցի, քանի որ վախենում են, որ "բերանը" կբացի իր բոլոր վատ հետևանքներով Նիկոլի շրջապատի համար...
Ի դեպ, նույն ոճով Նիկոլ Անհողը ծածկադմփոցի արեց Շիրակի պետհամալսարանի թալանը... Օրինակ՝ ՇՊՀ-ի դահլիճի վերանորոգման վրա, առանց կահավորման, իբր ծախսվել էր 100 միլիոնից ավելի գումար... Այդ և այլ փաստերի հիման վրա հարուցված քրեական գործն արդեն 5-րդ տարին է դոփում է տեղում, քանի որ, ըստ Գյումրիում տարածվող ասեկոսեների, այդ հայտնի "թալանչին" 250 հազար դոլար գումար է փոխանցել դդումի միջոով Նիկոլին...
