Ձեր ուշադրությանն ենք ներկայացնում ՔՊ-ական այն պաշտոնյաներին, ովքեր պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում աչքի են ընկել հանրային կարծիքի մանիպուլյացիաներով, տարատեսակ կռուտիտներով և հանրության հետ անկեղծ երկխոսություն կառուցելու իրենց անկարողությամբ: Այսօր կանդրադառնանք առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանին:

Դիցուք՝ նախորդ տարվա հուլիսի 12-ին Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դիմաց, ուր քննվում էր Աբովյանի դիահերձարանի նկուղում գետնին անփութորեն թափված պարկերով զոհված զինծառայողների դիակների ու մասունքների սահմռկեցուցիչ փաստի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործը, այդ գործով դատախազը՝ Կոտայքի մարզի դատախազ Պետրոս Պետրոսյանը, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել էր, որ որևէ նորմատիվ իրավական ակտով սահմանված չի եղել դիերի, մասունքների պահպանության կարգը, պահման պայմանները: Բարձրացված աղմուկից հետո առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը հյուրընկալվել էր Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության «Հարցազրույց» ծրագրին, տվել բացատրություններ այդ անմարդկային անտարբերության վերաբերյալ: 

Խոսելով գետնի վրա գտնվող պարկերի մասին՝ Ավանեսյանը ընդգծել էր՝ կա հստակ, խիստ ընթացակարգ, թե ինչպես են փաթեթավորվում պատերազմից հետո բերված դիակները։ «Դրանք հատուկ նշանակության պարկեր են, որոնց պաշարները Կարմիր խաչի հետ միասնական ձևով մշտապես թարմացվել են, և որևէ այլ պարկ երբևէ չի օգտագործվել։ Լուսանկարներում առկա պարկերը հենց դիեր պահելու համար են, բա ինչի՞ մեջ պետք է պահվեն: Նորից եմ կրկնում՝ դրանք ունեն խիստ ընթացակարգ՝ ինչպես են տեղադրվում պարկերի մեջ, զմռսվում և պահպանվում»,- ասել էր առողջապահության նախարարը: Այսինքն, ի՞նչ է ստացվում՝ հանրային մեծ աղմուկի ճնշման տակ Անահիտ Ավանեսյանն ասել է մի բան, որն իրականության մեջ չկա՞…

Ընդամենը մեկ տարի առաջ Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում անդրադարձավ այն հարցին, թե ռուսական հակակորոնավիրուսային պատվաստանյութը գրանցվա՞ծ է Հայաստանում, թե՞ ոչ: Լրագրողները նրան հիշեցրին, որ Մոսկվայում կայացած Փաշինյան-Պուտին հանդիպմանը ՌԴ նախագահը հետաքրքրվել է` Sputnik V-ն գրանցվա՞ծ է Հայաստանում, ինչին Փաշինյանը դրական պատասխան է տվել: Եվ ահա, նախարար Ավանեսյանը հայտարարեց, որ ռուսական պատվաստանյութը Հայաստանում գրանցված չէ, սակայն օգտագործման թույլտվություն կա, իսկ գրանցման գործընթաց, որպես այդպիսին, այս պահին չի իրականացվում: Ստացվում է` բաց տեքստով նախարար Ավանեսյանը հերքում էր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, ավելին՝ հայտարարում, որ նա Պուտինի մոտ ստել է։

Ամիսներ առաջ Ավանեսյանը լրատվամիջոցների հետ զրույցում խոսել է իր անկուսակցական լինելու մասին, և նշել, որ եթե երբևէ կուսակցական չի եղել, բայց, իհարկե, մշտապես դիտարկում է կուսակցական լինելու հարցը  և երբ  որոշում կայացնի, կդիմի այդ կուսակցությանն անդամագրվելու։ Բայց, 2021–ի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության նախընտրական ցուցակում էր, և հետևաբար պատգամավորի թեկնածուի համար պահանջվող փաստաթղթեր է ներկայարցել Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողով։ Հանձնաժողովի կայքում հրապարակված պաշտոնական տվյալների համաձայն՝ Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության անդամ է։
