Ռուբեն Մացակի Մաթևոսյանը (հունվարի 12, 1941, Համամլու, Հայկական ԽՍՀ, ԽՍՀՄ) հայ երգիչ, ՀԽՍՀ ժողովրդական արտիստ (1978), պրոֆեսոր է (1996) ։
Ծնվել է 1941 թվականի հունվարի 12-ին Սպիտակ քաղաքում։ 1967 թվականին ավարտել է Երևանի կոնսերվատորիան։ 1961-1992 թթ. հանդես է եկել որպես ՀՀ հեռուստառադիոպետկոմի Արամ Մերանգուլյանի անվան ժողովրդական գործիքների անսամբլի մենակատար, 1996 թվականից՝ նույն անսամբլի գեղարվեստի ղեկավար։
1992-1996 թվականներին եղել է «Աստղեր» անսամբլի գեղարվեստի ղեկավար և մենակատար։
1986 թվականին սկսել է դասավանդել Երևանի էստրադային և ջազային արվեստի քոլեջում, 1990 թվականից՝ Երևանի կոնսերվատորիայում։
Ռուբեն Մաթևոսյանը 1999 թվականին դարձել է Հայ երգարվեստի միության նախագահ։
Շերամի երգերի լավագույն կատարողների հանրապետական մրցույթի 1-ին մրցանակակիր է (1961, Երևան)։
Ռուբեն Մաթևոսյանի երգացանկում կան հայկական ժողովրդական, աշուղական, ժամանակակից հայ կոմպոզիտորների երգեր, ռոմանսներ։ Նրա լավագույն կատարումներից են՝ «Հորովել», Շերամի «Պարտեզում վարդ էր բացված», «Դու իմ մուսան ես», Ջիվանու «Ձախորդ օրերը», Առնո Բաբաջանյանի «Չքնաղ երազ», Ալեքսեյ Հեքիմյանի «Բարի արագիլ» և այլն[1]։
