ԱՄՆ-ն մեղմորեն է արձագանքում Բաքվի հակաամերիկյան ցնցումներին

Պաշտոնական Բաքուն հրաժարվել է ընդունել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ամերիկացի համանախագահող, պետքարտուղարության խորհրդական Լուի Բոնոյին։
 
Ադրբեջանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունը տարածված հայտարարությունը չի հերքել, իսկ ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները հայտնել են, որ Բաքվում ընդհանրապես որևէ պաշտոնյա չի ցանկացել հանդիպել համանախագահին, ընդ որում մի շարք պատճառներով, իբր Բաքուն չի ընդունում տարածաշրջանում ԱՄՆ առաջ քաշած կարգավորման մոտեցումները, ամերիկյան քաղաքականությունը միակողմանի և անհասկանալի է համարում և չի տեսնում Վաշինգտոնին որպես վստահելի միջնորդի։
 
Դեռևս նախորդ տարվանից սկսած, ԱՄՆ կոնգրեսում և ներկայացուցիչների պալատում տեղի ունեցած լսումների ժամանակ պաշտոնատար անձինք, մասնավորապես փոխպետքարտուղար Ջեյմս Օ՛Բրայենը, մի շարք կոշտ հայտարարություններ էին արել Ադրբեջանի հասցեին, որից հետո Ադրբեջանը հայտարարել էր, որ հրաժարվում է Վաշինգտոնի միջնորդությունից և չի ընդունելու Օ՛ Բրայենին։
 
Պետքարտուղար Բլինքենի հետ հեռախոսազրույցից հետո, Օ՛Բրայենին Բաքվում ընդունել էին, բայց նրա ասածները գնահատել էին որպես ապակառուցողական։ Այժմ Լուի Բոնոյին չընդունելուց հետո ակնկալվում էր, որ Ադրբեջանի հասցեին ԱՄՆ-ից կոշտ գնահատականներ կհնչեն, սակայն «տարօրինակ» կերպով բոլորովին էլ ամերիկյան կողմի հայտարարություններում որևէ քննադատություն չկա։ Նույն Օ՛Բրայենը հայտարարել է, թե Միացյալ Նահանգներն աջակցում են Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև երկարատև ու արժանապատիվ խաղաղությանը, չնայած այդ ուղղությամբ դեռ աշխատանք կա անելու։
 
Ադրբեջանի մասին փոխպետքարտուղարը նշել էր, թե այդ երկիրը տարածաշրջանային զարգացման նպաստելու պլաններ ունի, և խաղաղության համաձայնությունը միայն կնպաստի այդ պլանին։ Պետդեպի փոխխոսնակ Վեդանտ Պատելն էլ հայտարարել էր, թե շարունակում են հավատալ, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև կայուն խաղաղություն հնարավոր է։
 
Որ Արևմուտքը սեփական շահերն ունի հակամարտության մեջ, որևէ մեկը չի էլ կասկածում, թե ինչո՞ւ է 2024 թվականին ԱՄՆ դիրքորոշումն արմատական փոփոխություն կրել, դեռևս հայկական կողմը պետք է պարզի, ամեն դեպքում Ադրբեջանի նման մեղմ վերաբերմունքը վկայում է Հայաստանի դեմ նյութվող հերթական դավադրության մասին։
