Քննիչները քրեական գործ են հարուցել կնոջ նկատմամբ բռնության դեպքի առթիվ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արաբկիրի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝  Սյուզաննա Գևորգյանի նկատմամբ բռնություն կիրառելու դեպքի առթիվ։ Արաբկիրի քննչական բաժնում ստացվել են Ս.Գեւորգյանի՝ ոստիկանության բաժնին հունվարի 5-ին ներկայացրած հաղորդման հիման վրա նախապատրաստված նյութերը։

Ըստ հաղորդման՝ 2016 թվականի հունվարի 5-ին, ժամը 19:20-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Կոմիտաս 1 հասցեի մոտ երկու անհայտ տղամարդ հարձակվել են նրա վրա, գցել գետնին ոտքերով հարվածներ հասցրել մարմնի տարբեր մասերին և դեմքին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նրա նկատմամբ նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն, որի  եզրակացության համաձայն՝ Ս.Գևորգյանի  վրա մարմնական վնասվածքներ են հայտնաբերվել ձախ աչքի վերին կոպի շրջանի արյունազեղման, գանգուղեղային վնասվածքի ձևով, ինչը հետևանք է բութ, կոշտ առարկայի ներգործության։ Նշված վնասվածքների հետևանքով, ըստ փորձագետների, Ս.Գևորգյանի առողջությանը պատճառվել է թեթև վնաս՝ առողջության կարճատև քայք այումով։ 

Սյուզաննա Գևորգյանը  լրացուցիչ բացատրությամբ պնդել է իր բողոքը:

Նկատի ունենալով, որ առկա են բավարար հիմքեր և օրինական առիթ քրեական գործ հարուցելու համար՝ Արաբկիրի քննչական բաժնում հունվարի 15-ին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 117-րդ հոդվածով։ 

Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:

Հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին՝ առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի (անձանց) ինքնությունը պարզելու և նրանց վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ։
