Pravda.ru-ն գրում է, որ Ռուսաստանում այժմ կա մոտ երեք տոկոս էներգաարդյունավետ շենքեր։ Այնուամենայնիվ, ներկայումս կառուցվող բնակարանների արդեն մեկ երրորդը կարող է դասակարգվել այդ կատեգորիայի մեջ: «Տրանսէներգոկոմ»-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Օլեգ Շևցովը պնդում է, որ գուցե 2024 թվականին այդ հատվածում իրական աճի ականատես լինենք։ Վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրների օգտագործումը հիմք է հանդիսանում «կանաչ» բնակարաններ ստեղծելու համար, քանի որ վնասակար արտանետումների ավելի քան 25 տոկոսը բաժին է ընկնում շինարարությանը և բնակարանային-կոմունալ ծառայություններին:
Այնուամենայնիվ, արժե հասկանալ, որ արևային մարտկոցներով և էներգախնայող տեխնոլոգիաներով բնակարանները կառուցողների վրա 10-15 տոկոսով ավելի է արժենում: Փորձագիտական գնահատականների համաձայն պոտենցիալ գնորդների միայն կեսն է պատրաստ գերավճար տալ անշարժ գույքի էկոլոգիական բարեկեցության համար:
Հաշվի առնելով վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրների սարքավորումների արժեքի նվազումը և դրանց արդյունավետության բարձրացումը Ռուսաստանում «կանաչ» բնակարանները կարող են դառնալ ավելի մատչելի և պահանջարկ վայելող, կանխատեսել է Շևցովը։
Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունն արդեն ներդրել է բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերի կանաչ շինարարության ազգային ստանդարտի համաձայն բնակարանների կամավոր հավաստագրման համակարգը: Մինչ այժմ այն օգտագործվել է միայն պիլոտային ծրագրերում, բայց արդեն կա արդյունքներ:
«Կանաչ տեխնոլոգիաների ամբողջական ներդրման համար, ներառյալ տների 3D տպագրությունը, մենք նախ պետք է բարելավենք տպագրվող կառույցների որակն ու հուսալիությունը, վերապատրաստենք շինարարներին և ճարտարապետներին նախագծման և շինարարության նոր մեթոդներով, ինչպես նաև ստեղծենք ստանդարտներ և ԳՕՍՏ-եր, — նշել է «Mobile Home» ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Կոնստանտին Տուպիկովը,-հակառակ դեպքում, պետական հսկողության և վերահսկողության բացակայության դեպքում, տեխնոլոգիաները խախտելու և անորակ և աններդաշնակ նյութերի կիրառմամբ ծախսերը խնայելու և օպտիմալացնելու զանգվածային փորձեր կլինեն»։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, փորձագետը հավելել է, որ արտադրության և շինարարության ընթացքում շրջակա միջավայրի վրա բացասական ազդեցության նվազեցմանն ուղղված ESG սկզբունքների կիրառումը գնալով ավելի տարածված է դառնում և լավ ձև է համարվում ռուսական շուկայում գործող խոշոր ընկերությունների համար։ Վերականգնվող էներգիայի սարքավորումների արժեքի նվազման դեպքում կանաչ բնակարանները կարող են դառնալ ավելի մատչելի և պահանջարկ վայելող:
