Վերջին տարիների մեր դաշինքի, խմբակցության և դաշինքի մաս կազմող քաղաքական ուժերի ասած միտքն այսօր հաստատվում է։
Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ ասաց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Սեյրան Օհանյանը։
«Թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի ճնշումները, պարտադրանքի լեզվով խոսելը ՀՀ-ի նկատմամբ շարունակվում են և շարունակական են լինելու։ Խաղաղության օրակարգը կեղծ է, իշխանությունները լավ չեն պատկերացնում խաղաղության օրակարգը, այն խաբկանք է ՀՀ-ի համար»,- ասաց Օհանյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ խաղաղության պայմանագիր չի կարող լինել, քանի որ պատերազմում պարտված իշխանությունը միշտ գտնվում է պարտադրանքի ներքո։
«Խաղաղության օրակարգը միակողմանի օրակարգ է, մեր կողմից դա խաղաղություն մուրալ է, իսկ հակառակորդի կողմից խաղաղության պարտադրանք։ Ալիևի հռետորաբանությունը չի փոխվել, որովհետև ինքը շարունակական ձևով նոր պահանջ է ներկայացնում։ Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի համար այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը», ենթակառուցվածքների բացումը, իսկ մեզ համար ամբողջ Սյունյաց աշխարհը անվտանգության երաշխիք են հանդիսանում, որպեսզի կարողանան կապ ունենալ միմյանց միջև։
Երբ մեր գործընկերները ծանոթացել են խաղաղության պայմանագրի կետերին, դրանցում որևէ խոսք անգամ չի եղել այն պարտավորվածությունների մասին, որոնք իր վրա պետք է վերցնի նաև Ադրբեջանը»,- ասաց պատգամավորը։
Խոսելով նոր ռազմական էսկալացիայի հնարավորության մասին՝ Օհանյանն ասաց․
«Չեմ ուզում վախեցնել մեր ժողովրդին, բայց մշտապես պետք է պատրաստ լինել մեր երկրի պաշտպանությանը։ Ակնհայտ է, որ որտեղ ավարտվում են բանակցությունները, այնտեղ սկսվում են պատերազմական գործողությունները, դրա համար մենք մեր երկրի ապահովման խնդիրներում երկու առաջնահերթութուն պետք է տեսնենք՝ առաջինը ազգային երաշխիքների ձևավորումն է, երկրորդը՝ միջազգային երաշխիքների»։
Վերադառնալով «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի»-ի հարցին և ենթակառուցվածքների բացմանը, Օհանյանն ասաց․
«Մշտապես ասել եմ, որ Սյունիքով ճանապարհի բացումը մեզ ոչինչ չի տալու, մեր գործընկերները հաշվարկներ են իրականացրել, ոչինչ դա չի տալու մեզ։ Ընդհակառակը՝ երկու ուղղությամբ ճնշումներ են լինելու ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքի վրա։ Լինելու են տնտեսական ճնշումներ և ժողովրդագրական պատկերի փոփոխություն։ Մեր կեղծ հարևանները գալու են լցվեն Սյունիք, Խորհրդային Միության ժամանակներում տեսել ենք, թե ինչ արագությամբ են իրենք ավելացնում իրենց թվաքանակը»։
