Այսօր առավել քան երբևէ պետք է զգոն լինել, օրվա իշխանությունները բացի հայրենիքը քանդելուց, հանձնելուց, ոչնչացնում են երիտասարդների երազանքները, ապագա կառուցելու նրանց երազանքները։
Թմրանյութերի տարածումը երիտասարդների շրջապատում օր օրի ավելի ահագնացող խնդիր է դառնում:Դպրոցների և համալսարանների շրջակայքում պատերի վրա լույսի արագությամբ շատացող,տելեգրամյան ալիքների «online shop»-երը, որոնց միջոցով ձեռք են բերվում սինթետիկ թմրամիջոցներ, խաղամոլություն,որի պաշտոնական տվյալները ստորև ներկայացնում եմ Ձեզ։
 
Սրանք խնդիրներ են,որ մենք պետք է լուծենք որպես հասարակություն և որպես պետություն քանի որ այսօր հհ-ն չունի իշխանություն։
Իշխանության աթոռը զավթվել է ազգակործան պատուհասների կողմից և հհ այսօրվա կառավարիչներին չի հուզում ոչ մի խնդիր բացի իրենց միզեռային նեղ անձնական շահից:Սթափվել է պետք, նիկոլիզմը կործանում է մեր պետության բոլոր հիմքերը,բանակ, եկեղեցի,երիտասարդություն :
 
Էլ չասեմ , որ անգրագիտությունը ամենաբարձր մակարդակի վրա է անկախությունից ի վեր, ինչն արտացոլում է կրթության վատ վիճակը։
Օրինակներն արտացոլվում են փաստերով։
1119 ատեստացիայի դիմած ոստիկաններից ատեստացիան անցել են 189-ը, որոնց զգալի մասը երիտասարդներ են։
