«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Փորձագետները պարբերաբար հայտարարում են, որ Հայաստանը պետք է ավելի ակտիվ դառնա՝ մասնակցելու ինչպես տարածաշրջանային, այնպես էլ համաշխարհային մասշտաբի միջազգային ինտեգրացիոն նախագծերին։ Այս կարծիքին է նաև «Հայոց Ամրոց» կուսակցության նախագահ Ամրամ Պետրոսյանը, ով մասնավորաբար վստահ է, որ Երևանը պետք է ներկայացված լինի այնպիսի հեռանկարային համաշխարհային կազմակերպություններում, ինչպիսին, օրինակ՝ BRICS-ն է։

«Ավելին, Երևանի ակտիվացումը այնպիսի կազմակերպությունների միջազգային ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացներում, ինչպիսին է BRICS-ը, կարող է կարևոր դեր խաղալ 21-րդ դարում Հայաստանի՝ որպես ուժեղ և հաջողակ պետության ձևավորման գործում»,- Փաստի հետ զրույցում ասում է Պետրոսյանը։

«Հայաստանի և ողջ հայ ժողովրդի համար վերջին տարիները դարձել են իսկապես բարդ և շրջադարձային մի շարք պատճառներով: Այս իրավիճակում ելքը կարող է լինել ուժերի կենտրոնացումը և զարգացման ամենահաջող վեկտորը որոշելը։ Այս ուղղությունը պետք է լինի երկրի միջազգային ակտիվացումը՝ հաշվի առնելով հայ ժողովրդի ներուժն ու երկրի հնարավորությունները»,- հավելում է նա։

Ամրամ Պետրոսյանի խոսքերով, BRICS-ի նախաձեռնողները հետաքրքրված են նոր խաղացողներով, հետևաբար, նոր երկրների հետ կապված, ընդունվել է ամենամեծ աջակցության փաստացի ռեժիմ։ «BRICS-ի շրջանակներում Երևանի ակտիվացումը կլինի Հայաստանի սուբյեկտիվությունը, որպես միջազգային խաղացողի, իրապես ամրապնդելու առաջին քայլը, և ապագայում Հայաստանը կունենա նոր դաշնակիցներ ամբողջ աշխարհում։ Սա վերաբերում է նաև տնտեսական բաղադրիչին»,- նշում է «Հայոց Ամրոց» կուսակցության նախագահը՝ հավելելով, որ ապագայում նոր անդամ երկրների մուտքով դաշինքը կկազմի համաշխարհային ՀՆԱ-ի 37%-ը գնողունակության համարժեքությամբ և աշխարհի բնակչության 46%-ը:
