Երբևէ ՀՀ-ի վարչապետի կողմից լսե՞լ եք հայտարարություն այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» հետ կապված, որը միջանցքային տրամաբանության մեջ է։
Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ ասաց իշխանական պատգամավոր Գևորգ Պապոյանը։
«Մենք ինչ հայտարարել էինք 3,5 տարի առաջ այդ մասով, հիմա էլ նույնը հայտարարում ենք։ Հայաստանի իրավազորության ներքո պատրաստ ենք տրամադրել ճանապարհներ, ընդ որում միայն ճանապարհ չէ, ինտերնետային, գազային ուղիներ և այլն։ «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկը» հենց դրա մասին է, որ բեռները անարգել կարող են Եվրոպայից գալ Ասիա ՀՀ-ի տարածքով և հակառակը»,- ասաց նա։
Պապոյանը նշեց, որ Ադրբեջանի դեպքում ևս ճանապարհները գործելու են նույն տրամաբանությամբ։
«Այն պայմաններով, որով Իրանը ճանապարհ է տալիս Ադրբեջանին, այդ պայմաններով կարող ենք տրամադրել ճանապարհ Ադրբեջանին»,- ընդգծեց Պապոյանը։
Խոսելով նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության դրույթների մասին՝ պատգամավորը նշեց․
«Այնտեղ որևէ կետ չկա, որ ռուսները պետք է գան Սյունիքում ինչ-որ բան վերահսկեն, դա ցանկությունների, երազանքների շարքից է։ 9-րդ կետը նրա մասին է, որ Հայաստանը պետք է ճանապարհ տրամադրի, ու պատրաստ է տրամադրել՝ մեր օրենսդրությանը համապատասխան։
Նոյեմբերի 9-ով կա մի կետ, որտեղ ՌԴ-ն ու Ադրբեջանը ինչ-որ բան պարտավորվել էին անել և արել են։ Չկա այդպիսիս կետ, բոլոր այն կետերը, որոնք պարտավորվել էին անել, չեն արել։ 9-րդ կետում միջանցքի մասին որևէ խոսակցություն չկա, խոսք է գնում ճանապարհների ապաշրջափակման մասին, սահմանների բացման մասին, ինչը ՀՀ-ի օրակարգն է մեծ հաշվով»։
