8 քաղաքացի, ոչ սթափ վիճակում, ոչ ադեկվատ պահվածք են դրսևորել, հայհոյել․ ՊԵԿ-ը՝ Բավրայի անցակետի միջադեպի մասին

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն, հաշվի առնելով լրատվական կայքերում և սոցցանցերում տարածվող «Բավրայի մաքսակետում քաղաքացուն ծեծի ենթարկելու» թեմայով հրապարակումները և, նպատակ ունենալով կանխել խեղաթյուրված տեղեկատվության հետագա տարածումը, տեղի ունեցած անախորժ միջադեպի վերաբերյալ հայտնում է հետևյալը.
Քաղաքացի Լ․ Գասպարյանը պարբերաբար իրականացնում է սահմանահատումներ Բավրայի սահմանային անցակետով՝ իր հետ անձնական օգտագործման ապրանքների անվան տակ ներմուծելով կենցաղային տարբեր ապրանքներ։ Շատ հաճախ, վերջինս և ուղեկցող անձինք լինում են ոչ սթափ վիճակում՝ դրսևորելով ոչ հարիր և ագրեսիվ վարքագիծ։
Նման վարքագիծ վերջիններս դրսևորում են միտումնավոր՝ հայտարարագրման ենթակա ապրանքները քողարկելու նպատակով։ 15․01․2024թ․ վերոնշյալ քաղաքացին և ուղեկցող ևս 7 քաղաքացի՝ որոնցից 2-ը իգական սեռի, մուտք են գործել մաքսային հսկողության գոտի ոչ սթափ վիճակում՝ ոչ ադեկվատ և ագրեսիվ պահվածքով։
Տևական ժամանակ այլ քաղաքացիների ներկայությամբ հնչեցրել են հայհոյանքներ, փորձեր են կատարել վնասել պետական գույքը, խաթարել են մաքսային կետի բնականոն աշխատանքը, չեն ենթարկվել մաքսային ծառայողի օրինական պահանջներին։
Նշված անձանց կարգի հրավիրելու և իրավիճակը վերահսկելի դարձնելու բազմաթիվ ապարդյուն փորձերից հետո՝ մաքսային ծառայողների կողմից մաքսային հսկողության գոտուց դուրս են հրավիրվել, որի ընթացքում նշված անձը ցուցաբերել է դիմադրություն: ՊԵԿ-ի կողմից ձեռնարկվել են համապատասխան քայլեր՝ ծառայողական քննությամբ դեպքի համակողմանի քննության նպատակով:
