Ինչ է նկատի ունեցել արդարադատության փոխնախարարը, երբ ասել է, թե որոշ գործիչների չեն ճանաչում որպես ժողովրդական արտիստ

ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունը պարզաբանում է ներկայացրել նախօրեին ՀՀ արդարադատության փոխնախարար Արմենուհի Հարությունյանի ելույթի վերաբերյալ։
Պարզաբանման մեջ ասվում է. «Երեկ Ազգային ժողովում տեղի ունեցած պատվավոր կոչումների չեղարկման նախագծի հետ կապված որոշ լրատվամիջոցներ և անհատներ՝ սխալ ներկայացնելով Արդարադատության փոխնախարարի խոսքը, խեղաթյուրել են այն:
Տիկին Արմենուհի Հարությունյանը, մինչդեռ, իր ելույթում նշելով հարգարժան մի քանի մշակութային գործիչների անուններ, ասել է, որ այս մարդկանց հարգում և սիրում են, բայց շատերը չգիտեն, թե այդ հարգարժան մարդկանցից ով ունի վաստակավորի կոչում:
Ընդգծենք, որ ժողովրդի սերը չափելի չէ, և այս վաստակավոր մարդիկ ոչ թե կոչումներ ունենալու համար են ճանաչվում հանրության կողմից, այլ իրենց կատարած աշխատանքի և թողած գործի շնորհիվ, իսկ հարգանքը՝ կոչումների փոխարեն, նրանց ժառանգությունը մշտապես լուսաբանելու, ճանաչելի դարձնելու մեջ է»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ նախօրեին ԱԺ-ում փոխնախրար Արմենուհի Հարությունյանը, հիշյալ օրինագծի քննարկման ժամանակ, մասնավորապես, ասել էր. «Մի քանի ազգանուններ ընթերցեմ․ Ծատուրյան Նիկոլայ, Չթչյան Գեղունի, Բալյան Վլադիլեն, Բաբայան Դավիթ, Միրզոյան Փարավոն, Սողոյան Ֆրիդրիխ, ամենայն հարգանքով այս արժանավորագույն մարդկանց նկատմամբ, որևէ մեկս միթե ճանաչո՞ւմ է այս անձանց որպես ժողովրդական արտիստ։ Եթե հիմա հարցում անենք, ժողովրդի մեծամասնությունը չի ճանաչելու։ Այո լավ չէ, բայց որևէ մասնագետի խրախուսելու համար պարտադիր չէ պետության կողմից նրան շնորհել ժողովրդական արտիստի կոչում»,- ասաց փոխնախարարը։
