Հունվարի 28-ից ԼՂ մեր հայրենակիցները ճամփորդելիս պետք է ունենան նաև ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության վկայական․ ՆԳՆ

Հունվարի 28-ից ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության կարգավիճակ ստացած ԼՂ մեր հայրենակիցները ճամփորդելիս անձնագրի հետ պետք է ունենան նաև ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության վկայական: Այդ մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը․
«ՀՀ կառավարության 2023 թ․ հոկտեմբերի 26-ի N 1864-Ն որոշմամբ հաստատվեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության տակ վերցնելու, ժամանակավոր պաշտպանություն ստացած փախստականի անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթի նկարագիրը և դրա տրամադրման կարգը:
Ըստ ընդունված կարգի՝ ժամանակավոր պաշտպանություն ստացած փախստականի անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ են անձնագիրը և ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության (փախստականի) վկայականը։ 2024 թ․ հունվարի 28-ից այս երկու փաստաթղթերը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից դուրս գալիս և Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն մուտք գործելիս վավեր են համարվելու միայն միասին գործածելու պարագայում։
Ժամանակավոր պաշտպանություն ստացած փախստականին անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթերը տրվում կամ փոխանակվում են ՀՀ բնակչության պետական ռեգիստրում հաշվառում ունենալու դեպքում Հայաստանում՝ ՆԳՆ միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայության, իսկ օտարերկրյա պետություններում՝ ՀՀ դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների կամ հյուպատոսական հիմնարկների կողմից: Ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության (փախստականի) վկայականը տրամադրվում է դիմումի հիման վրա: 16.01.2024 թ․ դրությամբ՝ ստացված դիմումների թիվը 36 200 է, տպագրված վկայականների քանակը՝ 35 800, իսկ դիմումատուներին տրված վկայականները 28 490-ն են:
Միաժամանակ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ առաջիկա շաբաթ օրը՝ հունվարի 20-ը եւս աշխատանքային է լինելու անձնագրային ստորաբաժանումներում, եւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված անձինք այդ օրը կարող են ներկայացնել ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության վկայականի դիմումներ, ինչպես նաեւ կատարել այլ անձնագրային գործողություններ։
Հունվարի 20-ին, ժամը 09․00-18․00-ն, աշխատանքային ռեժիմով կաշխատեն ՆԳՆ միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայության Կենտրոնականի, Նոր Նորքի, Շենգավիթի, Արաբկիրի, Ավանի, Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի, Մալաթիայի, Էրեբունու, Մաշտոցի, Չարբախի, Կոտայքի, Վաղարշապատի, Աշտարակի, Արարատի խմբի /ք․Վեդի/, Արարատի բաժանմունքի, Արտաշատի, Գորիսի, Իջևանի, Նաիրիի, Հրազդանի, Նոր Հաճնի, Մեծամորի տարածքային անձնագրային ստորաբաժանումները»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
