Դադարեցվել է Քրեակատարողական ծառայության մի շարք կառուցվածքային ստորաբաժանումների գործունեությունը

Հիմք ընդունելով ««Քրեակատարողական ծառայության մասին» օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» 2023 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 23-ի ՀՕ-310-Ն օրենքը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարար Գրիգոր Մինասյանի հրամանով դադարեցվել է Քրեակատարողական ծառայության մի շարք կառուցվածքային ստորաբաժանումների գործունեությունը, ստեղծվել են նոր կառուցվածքային ստորաբաժանումներ, կրճատվել են հաստիքային միավորներ, սահմանվել են նորերը։
Այսպիսով՝ դադարեցվել է Քրեակատարողական ծառայության կենտրոնական մարմնի, ինչպես նաև բոլոր քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների օպերատիվ բաժինների գործունեությունը, և կրճատվել են դրանց հաստիքային միավորները։ Փոխարենը ստեղծվել է Քրեակատարողական ծառայության կենտրոնական մարմնի Օպերատիվ վարչություն՝ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում տեղակայվող տարածքային բաժիններով և բաժանմունքներով։
Քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետ, արդարադատության գնդապետ Ամբակում Գրիգորյանի համապատասխան հրամաններով վերոնշյալ լուծարված բաժինների հաստիքային միավորները զբաղեցնող քրեակատարողական ծառայողներն ազատվել են իրենց զբաղեցրած պաշտոններից, նրանցից ոմանք նշանակվել են Օպերատիվ վարչության համապատասխան պաշտոններում, մի մասն էլ գրանցվել է Քրեակատարողական ծառայության կադրերի ռեզերվում։
Հաշվի առնելով ՀՀ ԱՆ «Աբովյան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի առանձնահատկությունները՝ նշված կադրային փոփոխությունների շրջանակներում առաջին անգամ օպերատիվ ստորաբաժանման պետի պարտականությունների կատարումը վերապահվել է կին ծառայողի։
