Շտապօգնության զանգերը կֆիլտրվեն, կանչեր կսպասարկեն նաև պոլիկլինիկաների բժիշկները․ Ավանեսյան

Շտապօգնության ծառայությունը կբարեփոխվի, զանգերը կֆիլտրվեն, մի մասը կուղղորդվի առաջնային օղակ։
Այս մասին այսօր Ազգային ժողովում կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը։
«Բարեփոխումների ծրագիրը մեծ տեմպերով առաջ է գնում։ Մենք արդեն սկսել ենք շտապօգնության ծառայության թե՛ ձևի, թե՛ բովանդակության փոփոխության պիլոտային ծրագիրը։ Փոփոխվում են շտապօգնության կանչերի գրանցման և դրանց արձագանքման մեխանիզմները, ստեղծվելու են կենտրոնական դիսպետչերական կայաններ»,- ասաց նախարարը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ երբ շտապ օգնության են դիմում, սակայն դա կանչի ենթակա կարիք չէ, այս դեպքերում զանգերը կուղղորդվեն առաջնային օղակ՝ տեղամասային բժշկին, որ այս օղակն իր պարտականությունների շրջանակում ապահովի բուժօգնությունն ու թեթևացնի շտապ օգնության կանչերի ծանրաբեռնվածությունը։
«Մտածում ենք նաև առաջնային օղակում ավտոմոբիլային որոշակի հնարավորություններ ստեղծելու շուրջ, քննարկվում է ծրագիրը, այն կներկայացվի նաև մասնագետների քննարկմանը»,- նշեց նախարարը։
Ըստ նոր մշակվող ծրագրի՝ առաջնային օղակի բժիշկները ևս պետք է կարողանան կանչերի սպասարկում իրականացնել այն դեպքերում, երբ դրանք շտապ օգնության ծառայության կանչ չեն։
Նախարարը կարծում է, որ այսպես հնարավոր կլինի թեթևացնել համակարգի աշխատանքն ու հնարավորություն տալ սպասարկելու իսկապես հրատապ բուժօգնության կարիք ունեցող կանչերը։
