«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Բազմաթիվ հարցերում, ի մասնավորի՝ սոցիալական, ցանկացած երկրում առաջնային նշանակություն ունի պետության և մասնավոր հատվածի համագործակցությունը: Սա առավել մեծ կարևորություն ունի մեր նման երկրների համար, որտեղ առկա են բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ: Օրինակ՝ 2023 թվականին Հայաստանի ամենախոշոր հարկատուն՝ «ԶՊՄԿ» ՓԲԸ-ն, և «ԶՊՄԿ» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը սոցիալական աջակցության ոլորտում ընդհանուր առմամբ ներդրել են ավելի քան 5 միլիարդ ՀՀ դրամ։ Ընդ որում, մոտ 4 մլրդ դրամը՝ Սյունիքի մարզում, ավելի քան 1,2 մլրդ դրամն էլ՝ հանրապետական տարբեր ծրագրերի համար:

Ուշագրավ է, որ ամենամեծ ծավալով ներդրումները եղել են սոցիալական աջակցությունների մասով՝ ավելի քան 1,5 միլիարդ դրամ: Դրանք ներառում են անհատներին կամ ընտանիքներին ցուցաբերած օգնությունը՝ հոգալու իրենց սոցիալական կարիքները: Մոտ 700 միլիոն դրամ տրամադրվել է սուբվենցիոն ծրագրերին, որոնք ուղղված են եղել աջակցելու տեղի ինքնակառավարման կառույցներին՝ իրագործելու մեծածավալ ենթակառույցների ծրագրեր մասնավորաբար Կապան և Քաջարան համայնքներում: 600 մլն դրամ տրամադրվել է սպորտին աջակցելու ծրագրերի տեսքով, ևս 500 մլն դրամ էլ կազմել են առողջապահական ներդրումները, որոնք կատարվել են տեղի բուժհաստատություններին, ինչպես նաև անհատական աջակցության տեսքով:

Կրթական ոլորտում ներդրված գումարը ներառում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության շուրջ երկու տասնյակ մասնագիտությունների գծով ԶՊՄԿ-ի աշխատակիցների ընտանիքի անդամ հանդիսացող 1112 ուսանողի ուսման վարձավճարները։ Ընդ որում, մեր տեղեկություններով, ԶՊՄԿ-ն հետևում է ուսանողների ուսման առաջընթացին և, գնահատականներից կախված, կատարում վճարների մի մասը՝ ուսանողներին պարտավորեցնելով հետևել ուսման առաջընթացին։ Հավելենք, որ մոտ 500 մլն դրամի աջակցություն է ցուցաբերվել բարեգործական հիմնադրամներին՝ իրականացնելու տարբեր խոցելի խմբերի հետ ծրագրեր՝ հաշմանդամություն, ծերերի խնամք և այլն։

Միայն 2023 թվականին ԶՊՄԿ-ից աջակցություն է ստացել 32 բարեգործական կազմակերպություն: Ներդրումները ներառում են նաև մի շարք այլ բնագավառներ. օրինակ՝ «ԶՊՄԿ» ՓԲԸ-ն հոգացել է Սյունիքի օդանավակայանի (մոտ 567 մլն դրամ), արհմիության (մոտ 106 մլն դրամ) և այլ ծախսեր։
