Այս մասին Կառավարության նիստում ասել է Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը՝ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ասիական զարգացման բանկի միջև «Երևանի քաղաքային զարգացման ներդրումային ծրագիր» վարկային համաձայնագիրը վավերացնելու մասին» նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ:

«Հանգույցների առումով, այն հանգույցը, որ Մյասնիկյան պողոտայից գալիս հասնում է մինչև Կրկես, իրականում տեխնիկապես շատ հարմար է, որովհետև մեքենաներն առանց լուսացույցի են երթևեկում, բայց ամբողջ ճանապարհն առանց լուսացույցի անցնում են, թվում է, թե արագ է, բայց հետ գալիս են մոտավորապես Խանջյան փողոցից ճանապարհին լուսացույցների տակ կարճ-կարճ կանգնեին, բայց գալիս են շատ երկար ժամանակ են կանգնում, որովհետև հոսքը կուտակվում է, Կրկեսի խաչմերուկում հնարավոր չէ դա անել:
Այստեղ մենք պետք է աշխատենք խելացի լուսացույցների ներդրումը էական կօգնի: Տեսեք գիշերը մարդ երթևեկում է, ճանապարհին ընդհանրապես մեքենա չկա, բայց 2 րոպե ուղղակի կանգնում են լուսացույցի տակ: Խելացի լուսացույցի նպատակն այն է, որ ինքը վերլուծի անհրաժեշտությունը, թե ինչքան մեքենաները սպասեն»,- ասել է նա:
