Շուրջ 12կգ. տարբեր տեսակի թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգության և իրացման նպատակով շրջանառության վարույթով երկու անձ է կալանավորվել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննություն է տարվում՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգություն կատարելու և առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցներ իրացնելու դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
2024թ. հունվարի 11-ին ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Կապանի բաժնից ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շրջանակում, Ճակատեն բնակավայրի մոտ, ոստիկանական հենակետում, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրանյութ իրացնելու կասկածանքով, կանգնեցվել է «Կրայսլեր» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա, որի խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել են 10 կիլոգրամից ավելի քաշով տարբեր տեսակի թմրամիջոցների նմանվող զանգվածներ։ Առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգություն կատարելու և իրացնելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով վերոհիշյալ ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը և ուղևորը ձերբակալվել են և ներկայացվել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին։
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 393-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի և 399-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
Պարզվել է որ ավտոմեքենայի խցիկում հայտնաբերված թմրամիջոցների նմանվող զանգվածի ընդհանուր քաշը կազմել է շուր 12կգ։
Նշանակված փորձաքննության եզրակացությամբ դրանից շուրջ 4,6 կիլոգրամը հանդիսացել է «Մեթամֆետամին», 200 գրամը՝ «Հերոին» տեսակի թմրամիջոց։ Փորձաքննություն է նշանակված նաև՝ հայտնաբերվածից շուրջ 6,2կգ «Մարիխուանա» տեսակի, ինչպես նաև՝ «Ափիոն» և «Էքստազի» տեսակի թմրամիջոցների նմանվող զանգվածների բաղադրությունը պարզելու նպատակով։
Քննչական, ինչպես նաև օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը և ուղևորը, նախնական պայմանավորվածություն ունենալով ԻԻՀ՝ քննությամբ դեռևս ինքնությունը չպարզված անձի կամ անձանց հետ, հունվարի 11-ին մեկնել են հայ-իրանական սահմանի համապատասխան տեղանք, որտեղից վերցրել են պոլիէթիլենային երեք խոշոր փաթեթներով ԻԻՀ-ի տարածքից մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով փոխանցված թմրանյութերը, տեղափոխել դրանք ավտոմեքենայի խցիկ և հեռացել, սակայն ետդարձի ճանապարհին, օպերատիվ տվյալների իրացման արդյունքում, բռնվել են ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից։
Ձեռք բերված փաստերի հիման վրա նրանց նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում, և նշված երկու անձանց մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 393-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (իրացման նպատակով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների շրջանառությունը) և 46-399-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգությունը)։ Որպես խափանման միջոց՝ վերջիններիս նկատմամբ ընտրվել է կալանավորումը։
