Գործադիրը չզեկուցվող հարցերի փաթեթով հավանություն է տրվել 2023 թ. նոյեմբերի 29-ին ստորագրված «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի միջև «Երևանի էներգաարդյունավետության երկրորդ փուլ» ֆինանսական պայմանագիրը վավերացնելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագծին: Ծրագրի նպատակն է՝ նվազեցնել Երևան համայնքի հասարակական շենքերի էներգիայի սպառումը և աջակցել էներգաարդյունավետության ու վերականգնվող էներգիայի միջոցառումներին, որոնք կներառեն անհրաժեշտ աշխատանքներ պոլիկլինիկաների և մանկապարտեզների ընդհանուր տեխնիկական վիճակի բարելավման համար:

Մասնավորապես, ծրագրի իրականացման արդյունքում հնարավոր կլինի նվազեցնել 38 հասարակական շենքերի էներգիայի սպառումը: Ծրագրի կանխատեսվող արդյունքներն են` էլեկտրաէներգիայի ծախսի նվազեցում, սեյսմիկ անվտանգության բարելավում, այցելուների հարմարավետության ու կյանքի որակի բարելավում, ածխաթթու գազի արտանետումների կրճատում, վերանորոգվող շենքերի շահագործման ժամկետի երկարաձգում: Ինչպես նշել է Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը, ընդհանուր առմամբ այս ծրագրով վերակառուցվելու և հիմնանորոգվելու են 6 պոլիկլինիկա և 32 մանկապարտեզ:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ներկայացրել է ցանկը և նշել, որ շատ կարևոր և ծավալուն ծրագիր է նախատեսվում: Այսպիսով՝ կվերակառուցվեն Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի թիվ 16, Դավթաշենի թիվ 20, Կենտրոնի թիվ 4, Շենգավիթի «Սուրբ աստվածամայր», Էրեբունիի «Սարի թաղ», Շենգավիթի «Նորագավիթ» պոլիկլինիկաները: Կվերակառուցվեն նաև Դավթաշենի հ. 59, Էրեբունիի՝ հ. 73, 72, 75, Ավանի հ. 56, Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիայի՝ հ. 78, 83, 79, 93, 94, 84, Նոր Նորքի՝ հ. 100, 101, 102, 103, 108, 120, 117, 118, Շենգավիթի՝ հ. 129, 133, Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի հ. 157, Կենտրոնի հ. 3, 17, Աջափնյակի՝ հ. 46, 45, 39, 40, Արաբկիրի հ. 33 մանկապարտեզները: Կկառուցվեն Էրեբունիի հ. 67 և Շենգավիթի հ. 128, 142 մանկապարտեզները:

Վարչապետը հետաքրքրվել է նաև, թե ինչ փուլում է գտնվում մետրոյի Աջափնյակ կայարանի կառուցման հետ կապված աշխատանքները և արդյոք իրատեսակա՞ն է այս տարի մրցույթ հայտարարելը: «Մենք արդեն ունենք մետրոյի Աջափնյակ կայարանի ամբողջական նախագիծը: Այս պահի դրությամբ փորձաքննությունների փուլում է»,-նշել է Երևանի քաղաքապետը և հույս հայտնել, որ համալիր փորձաքննություն իրականացնելուց հետո, ամբողջական նախագիծը կներկայացվի Ներդումային կոմիտեի հաջորդ նիստի քննարկմանը: Տիգրան Ավինյանի խոսքով, եթե այս տեմպը պահպանվի, ապա հնարավոր կլինի նախատեսված չորս տարում մետրոյի կայարանը կառուցել:
