Ադրբեջանցիներն ավերել են Արցախի Հակակու գյուղի զոհվածների հիշատակին նվիրված համալիրը

2024 թվականի հունվարի 15-ին հայկական որոշ թելեգրամ ալիքներում տեղադրվեց ադրբեջանցի զինվորների կողմից տարվա սկզբին նկարված մի տեսանյութ, որտեղ վերջիններս գտնվում են Հակակու գյուղի Արցախյան առաջին պատերազմի ժամանակ գյուղի ինքնապաշտպանության համար զոհված մասնակիցների հիշատակին կառուցված հուշահամալիրի մոտ։ Այս մասին գրում է Արցախի մշակութային ժառանգության մշտադիտարկում իրականացնող monumentwatch.org կայքը։
Տեսանյութից երևում է, որ հուշատախտակները ջարդված են, պղծված: Տեսանյութում ադրբեջանցի զինվորականները ինքնաձիգերով ցույց են տալիս այդ ջարդված հուշատախտակները հայհոյախառը խոսքերով, շարժում են ջարդված մասերը, հարվածում: Հարկ է ուշադրություն դարձնել, որ զինվորականներն ինքնաձիգերով շարժում են, կպնում ջարդված հուշատախտակներին: Որոշ հուշատախտակների վրա երևում են կրակահերթի հետքեր:
Տեսանյութից բարդ է ասել, թե երբ է պղծվել հուշահամալիրը: Հաշվի առնելով, որ օկուպացված Արցախի Հադրութի շրջանի շատ վայրերում, ըստ ադրբեջանական տեսանյութերի, տեղակայված են զինվորականներ, թերևս հենց նրանք էլ պղծել են համալիրը:
Մեր արձագանքը
Համաձայն 1954 թվականի Հաագայի կոնվենցիայի, որը նաև մյուս միջազգային պայմանագրերի հիմքն է, իր առաջին հոդվածով սահմանում է, որ մշակութային արժեքը «Անկախ ծագումից կամ սեփականատիրոջից, յուրաքանչյուր ժողովրդի համար մեծ նշանակություն ունեցող շարժական կամ անշարժ ժառանգությունն է, ինչպիսիք են ճարտարապետության, արվեստի կամ պատմության հուշարձանները, անկախ նրանց կրոնական կամ աշխարհիկ բնույթից»։
Համաձայն «Զինված հակամարտությունների ժամանակ մշակութային արժեքների պաշտպանության մասին» 1954 թվականի Հաագայի կոնվենցիայի 4-րդ հոդվածի՝ արգելված է մշակութային ժառանգության հանդեպ վանդալիզմի, գողության, կողոպուտի, յուրացման, թշնամանքի և հաշվեհարդարի ցանկացած գործողություն։ Ըստ Հաագայի 1954 թվականի առաջին արձանագրության՝ արգելված է գրավյալ տարածքներում ոչնչացնել մշակութային կամ հոգևոր արժեքները։
