Ջրվեժի 50-ամյա բնակչի սպանության դեպքով 1 անձ կալանավորվել է

Ջրվեժ համայնքի 50-ամյա բնակչի սպանության, ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն ձեռք բերելու, գործադրելու դեպքերի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից։
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկացվել է, 2023թ․ մարտի 2-ին, «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ-ից ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ մարտի 1-ին` ժամը 23.20-ին ծայրահեղ ծանր, անգիտակից վիճակում, գլխին շրրջանում ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքով իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել 50-ամյա տղամարդ, ով ժամեր անց գիտակցության չգալով մահացել է։
Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնած քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի բաժնում իրականացված քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ տղամարդը մահացու վնասվածքը ստացել է Ջրվեժ համայնքում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ։
Մասնավորապես` Երևանի 35-ամյա բնակիչը քննությամբ ինքնությունները դեռևս չպարզված այլ անձանց հետ, 2023-ի մարտի 1-ին, ժամը 21:20-ի սահմաններում, Ջրվեժ համայնքում գտնվող բացօթյա տաղավարի հողատարածքը ձևափոխելու հարցի շուրջ վիճաբանել է նույն համայնքի 50-ամյա բնակչի, նրա որդու ու ընկերոջ հետ, ինչի ընթացքում 35-ամյա տղամարդը ձեռքերով հարվածներ է հասցրել 50-ամյա անձի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին։
Այնուհետև, երբ վերջինս ընկել է գետնին, 35-ամյա տղամարդն իր մոտ ապօրինի պահվող, ինքնաշեն պատրաստված ակոսափող հրազենով, կյանքից ապօրինաբար զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, կրակել է 50-ամյա տղամարդու գլխին՝ պատճառելով հրազենային, գնդակային թափանցող մարմնական վնասվածք, ապա դիմել փախուստի:
Ոստիկանության հետ համատեղ կատարված աշխատանքի արդյունքում քրեական հետապնդման ենթարկվող անձը ներկայացել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին, ում ներկայացվել է մեղադրանք։ Հայտնաբերվել է նաև հանցագործության գործիք ատրճանակը։
Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստական տվյալների հիման վրա Երևանի 35-ամյա բնակչին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասերով։ Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանքը։
Վերջինիս վերաբերյալ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ վարույթի նյութերն ուղարկվել են դատարան։
