Այսօր Հրանտ Դինքի մահվան 17–րդ տարելիցն է

Այսօր՝ հունվարի 19-ին, լրանում է Հրանտ Դինքի մահվան 17-րդ տարելիցը։
Հրանտ Դինքը Թուրքիայի երևելի մտավորականերից մեկն էր, ով հայտնի էր իր անվախ ելույթներով, քաղաքական ամենախճճված խնդիրները մեկնաբանող համարձակ հոդվածներով:
Պոլսահայ նշանավոր լրագրող, Թուրքիայում հայերենով և թուրքերենով տպագրվող միակ շաբաթաթերթի՝ «Ակոսի» գլխավոր խմբագիր Հրանտ Դինքը սպանվել է 2007թ. հունվարի 19-ին Շիշլիում գտնվող «Ակոսի» խմբագրատան առաջ՝ հետևից գլխին արձակված հրազենային երեք կրակոցից, ազգային հողի վրա։
Մարդասպանը հեռանալուց գոչել էր «գյավուր», ինչը ենթադրելու հիմք է տալիս, որ սպանությունը կատարվել է ազգային հողի վրա։ Սպանությունն իրականացնելու կասկածանքով թուրքական Սամսուն քաղաքի ավտոկայանում ոստիկանությունը ձերբակալել է 17-ամյա Օգյուն Սամաստին, որն առաջին իսկ հարցաքննության ընթացքում խոստովանել է իր մեղքը:
Դինքի սպանությունը բողոքի մեծ ալիք առաջացրեց. Թուրքիայի, Հայաստանի և աշխարհի այլ երկրների բազմաթիվ քաղաքներում կազմակերպվել են բազմահազարանոց բողոքի ցույցեր և սգո երթեր:
Հրանտ Դինքն իր մասին մի առիթով ասել է. «Իմ զբաղեցրած դիրքն այսպես է բնութագրվում՝ ես երկու ինքնության և երկու գիտակցության կրող եմ։ Առաջինը՝ թուրքաբնակ եմ, Թուրքիայի հանրապետության քաղաքացի… Երկրորդը՝ հայ եմ։ Բացի այն, որ Թուրքիայի հայ համայնքի մասնիկն եմ, միևնույն ժամանակ էլ բարոյապես հանդիսանում եմ Հայաստանի և հայկական սփյուռքի մասնիկը, ցեղակիցն եմ այդ մարդկանց։ Այս ամենով հանդերձ, եթե ոմանք գեթ մի պատճառ ունեն ձգտելու հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը, ապա իմ պատճառները առնվազն երկու անգամ ավելի են։ Իմ որ ինքնությամբ ուզում եք՝ ինձ ուսումնասիրե՛ք. ոչ մի տարբերություն»։
2007թ. հունիսին Հրանտ Դինքին հետմահու ՀՀ նախագահի մրցանակ է շնորհվել:
