Վիրավորված աները զինված գնացել է Ջրառատ գյուղ, կրակել ու սպանել է իրեն հայհոյած փեսային

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական վարույթով պարզվել են մարզի Ջրառատ գյուղում կատարված՝ աներոջ կողմից փեսայի սպանության դեպքի հանգամանքները:
ՔԿ-ից NEWS.am-ին 2023թ. փետրվարի 28-ին մարզի Ջրառատ գյուղում տեղի ունեցած սպանության փաստի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթով իրականացված քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ Ջրառատ բնակավայրի 31-ամյա բնակչի և վերջինիս կնոջ հոր միջև, դեպքին նախորդող ժամանակահատվածում, երիտասարդ ամուսինների հարաբերությունների հետ կապված հեռախոսային խոսակցության ժամանակ, տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն, որի ընթացքում հնչել են փոխադարձ հայհոյանքներ:
Նշված վիճաբանությունից հետո 31-ամյա տղամարդու կնոջ 46-ամյա հայրը, ով բնակվում է Կոտայքի մարզի գյուղերից մեկում, դստեր ամուսնու կողմից իրեն հայհոյելու համար վրեժխնդիր լինելու շարժառիթով, որոշել է հաշվեհարդար տեսնել նրանից։ Մտադրությունն իրականացնելու նպատակով 2023թ․ փետրվարի 28-ին՝ ժամը 15:00-ի սահմաններում, վերցնելով և ապօրինի իր մոտ պահելով, իր կողմից ապօրինի ձևափոխված՝ կարճեցված խզակոթով և փողով «ԻԺ» մոդելի հրացանը և դրա համար նախատեսված 11 հատ փամփուշտ՝ համագյուղացուն պատվիրել է իրեն տանել Ջրառատ բնակավայր:
Ժամը 17:00-ի սահմաններում հասնելով Ջրառատ բնակավայր՝ փնտրել և տուժողի տանը կից անասնագոմի մոտ նկատել է վերջինիս՝ աշխատելիս: Իջելով ավտոմեքենայից՝ նա մեկ անգամ կրակել է երիտասարդի ուղղությամբ, որը դիպել է անասնագոմի պատին: Շարունակելով իր հանցավոր մտադրությունն իրագործելու նախաձեռնությունը՝ նա նույն հրացանից ևս երկու կրակոց է արձակել իրեն մոտեցող փեսայի ուղղությամբ՝ վերջինիս պատճառելով կրծքավանդակի հրազենային՝ կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածք, ինչի հետևանքով վերջինս տեղում մահացել է, իսկ 46-ամյա տղամարդը հեռացել է դեպքի վայրից, սակայն նույն օրը ձերբակալվել և ներկայացվել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին։
Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա 46-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 9-րդ կետով, 334-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 336-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանավորումը:
Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատվել է հսկող դատախազի կողմից, և վարույթի նյութերն ուղարկվել են դատարան:
