Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանը 2024 թվականի հունվարի 15-ին վարույթ է ընդունել ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման վերաբերյալ 95-րդ հայցադիմումը:
Գլխավոր դատախազության ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման գործերով վարչությունը պահանջ է ներկայացրել դատարանին՝ Բաց բաժնետիրական ընկերության սեփականատեր և գլխավոր տնօրեն Գ. Մանուկյանից և նրան փոխկապակցված անձանցից հօգուտ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բռնագանձել՝
- 5 անշարժ գույք.
- 1 տրանսպորտային միջոց.
- Բաց բաժնետիրական ընկերության 10 հազար 782 բաժնետոմս.
- 1 մլրդ 233 մլն 132 հազար դրամ (735 մլն 654 հազար դրամ՝ որը չի հիմնավորվում անձի օրինական եկամուտներով, ունի ապօրինի ծագում, փոխանցվել է բարեխիղճ ձեռքբերողի կամ հնարավոր չէ նույնականացնել և բռնագանձել, 491 մլն 246 հազար դրամ՝ որպես ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի օգտագործումից ստացված եկամտի մնացորդ, 6 մլն 230 հազար դրամ՝ ավանդ):
