Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը Խորվաթիայում դժգոհել է, թե Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվում է վերսկսել բանակցությունները գոյություն ունեցող հարթակներում։ «Հայաստանը բարեխղճորեն ներգրավված է Ադրբեջանի հետ բանակցություններում, մենք ներգրավված ենք եղել դրանցում, ի թիվս այլոց, նաև եվրոպական միության աջակցությամբ և ներկայումս տեսնում ենք, որ Ադրբեջանը ցավոք հրաժարվում է վերսկսել բանակցությունները՝ գոյություն ունեցող հարթակներում։ Այնուամենայնիվ մենք շահագրգռված ենք շարունակելու բանակցությունները»,- ասել է Միրզոյանը Խորվաթիայի ԱԳ նախարարի հետ Զագրեբում տեղի ունեցած համատեղ ասուլիսի ժամանակ։

Մի կողմ թողնենք այն հանգամանքը, որ Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարը թեթևակի աղավաղում է փաստերը։ Ընդամենը նախօրեին, Ռուսաստանի արտգործանախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը հայտարարել էր, թե Ադրբեջանը կողմ է բանակցությունները շարունակել մոսկովյան հարթակում, սակայն Հայաստանը նույնիսկ համապատասխան հրավերներ ուղարկելու պայմաններում ոչինչ չի պատասխանել։ Նույնիսկ եթե հաշվի առնենք այն, որ Միրզոյանը ճիշտ է ասում, և Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվում է բանակցել ոչ միայն արևմտյան, այլ նաև ռուսական հարթակներով, պետք է հերթական անգամ ընդգծենք հայկական դիվանագիտության լրջագույն պարտությունը։

Մինչ Փաշինյանն ու նրա արտաքին քաղաքական թիմը «խաղաղության խաչմերուկներով», անընդհատ խաղաղության և զիջումների մասին խոսելով փորձում են իրենց իշխանությունը զերծ պահել հնարավոր ցնցումներից, Ադրբեջանի ախորժակն օրեցօր ավելանում է։ Ալիևը գիտակցում է, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը պատրաստ է զիջել բացառապես հնարավոր ամեն ինչ, ուստի և նորանոր պահանջներ է ներկայացնում։ Վերջին շրջանում հատկապես Ադրբեջանի և նրա ղեկավարության պահանջներրը շեշտակի ավելացել են, հռետորաբանությունը՝ կոշտացել, ինչն առիթ է տալիս կարծելու, որ Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում է ռազմական նոր էսկալացիայի, իսկ թե 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո ինչով էր զբաղված Հայաստանի իշխանությունը, գիտի յուրաքանչյուրը։
