Եթե ունեք որոշակի հիվանդություններ, այդ թվում՝ պրոստատիտ, ապա սաունան կարող է վտանգավոր լինել։ Այս մասին Газета.Ru-ին հայտնել է անդրոլոգ Բատոր Գոնչիկովը։

Նա նշել է, որ պրոստատիտը շագանակագեղձի բորբոքային հիվանդություն է, որը կարող է առաջացնել անհանգստություն և ցավ։ Նրա խոսքով, բարձր ջերմաստիճանի ֆոնի վրա ախտանշանները կարող են ուժեղանալ և վատթարանալ պրոստատիտի սրմամբ։

Մեկ այլ հիվանդություն, որի դեպքում տղամարդկանց խորհուրդ չի տրվում օգտվել սաունայից, էպիդիդիմիտն է։ Ինչպես բացատրել է անդրոլոգը, սա էպիդիդիմիսի (այն խողովակը, որը կապում է ամորձին սերմնահեղուկի հետ) բորբոքում է։ Շոգեբաղնիքում ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացումը կարող է մեծացնել բորբոքային պրոցեսը և անհանգստություն առաջացնել՝ ամորձիները կարող են մեծանալ և սուր ցավ առաջանալ:

«Օրխիտը ամորձիների բորբոքումն է, որը կարող է առաջանալ վարակի պատճառով: Բարձր ջերմաստիճանի ֆոնին կարող է ուժեղանալ բորբոքումը, որը կարող է առաջացնել այտուց, ցավ, մաշկի կարմրություն, ինչպես նաև մարմնի ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացում»,- հավելել է Գոնչիկովը։

Նաև չպետք է օգտվեք սաունայից, եթե ունեք այնպիսի հիվանդություն, ինչպիսին է վարիկոցելեն (ամորձիների երակների մեծացում, որը կարող է առաջացնել ցավ և անհանգստություն): Բարձր ջերմաստիճանի պատճառով ամորձու մեջ արյան հոսքը կարող է մեծանալ, իսկ երբ երակները լայնանում են, արտահոսքը, ընդհակառակը, վատանում է։ Այստեղից էլ ախտանշաններն ուժեղանում են՝ աճող ցավը և/կամ սերմի որակի վատթարացում:

«Մյուս հիվանդությունը, որի դեպքում արժե սահմանափակել սաունա այցելությունները, հիդրոցելեն է: Սա ամորձիների լորձաթաղանթում հեղուկի կուտակում է, որն առաջացնում է անհարմարություն և մեծացնում է դրա չափերը: Սաունայում ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացումը կարող է մեծացնել հեղուկի կուտակումը, եթե դրա պատճառը բորբոքային պրոցեսն է, և դա կվատթարացնի վիճակը»,- նշել է ուրոլոգ-անդրոլոգը։
