Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նախօրեին Եղեգնաձորում կուսակիցների հետ հանդիպմանը հայտարարել է, թե Երևանը Բաքվից, Բաքուն էլ Երևանից լրացուցիչ երաշխիքներ է ուզում, որ միմյանցից տարածքային պահանջներ չունենան։ Դրա նախորդ օրն էլ Փաշինյանն Արդարադատության նախարարությունում հայտարարել է, ընդհուպ, նոր Սահմանադրություն ունենալու անհրաժեշտության մասին, ուստի Եղեգնաձորում Փաշինյանի արած հայտարարությունը լիովին տեղավորվում է այս տրամաբանության մեջ։

Ադրբեջանի նախագահն անցած ամիս հայտարարել էր, թե Բաքվից հուսալի երաշխիքներ են պետք, որ Հայաստանում ռևանշիստական միտումներ չեն լինի։ Որո՞նք են այդ երաշխիքները և ի՞նչ պետք է անի Հայաստանը։

Հայաստանի սահմանադրության առաջին նախադասությունում հղում կա 90 թվականին ընդունված անկախության հռչակագրին, հիշատակվում է նաև 1989 թվականին ընդունված Հայկական ԽՍՀՄ և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վերամիավորման մասին որոշումը։ Փաշինյանն  ընդհուպ, չի հայտարարում, թե ինչու է ուզում փոխել Սահմանադրությունը և նոր Սահմանադրություն պարտադրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը, և արդյոք դա կապված է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի պահանջների հետ։ Միևնույն ժամանակ նշել է, թե հայ-ադրբեջանական կարգավորման շուրջ վերջին շրջանի խոսակցությունները հենց միմյանցից տարածքային պահանջներ չունենալու տրամաբանության մեջ են եղել։ Սա ընդհանրապես վկայում է, որ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն ընդունել են Ադրբեջանի պահանջները՝ Սահմանադրությունն ընդհանրապես փոխելու, Արցախի հարցը վերջնականապես ոչնչացնելու հարցում։

Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունն իհարկե, այնքան էլ հիմար չէ, որ չհասկանա, թե ինչ կարող է տեղի ունենալ, առավել ևս, որ միջազգային լեգիտիմության մասին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոսքերը վկայում են, որ խնդրի իրավական մասը լրջագույն բեռ է դառնալու թե՛ հայկական և թե՛ ադրբեջանական կողմերի համար, ուստի և Ադրբեջանը փորձում է հենց հիմիկվանից իրավական բոլոր ընթացակարգերով Հայաստանին զրկել, և նույնիսկ, Արցախի մասին մտածելու հնարավորությունից։

Թե ինչո՞վ է զբաղված Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները, տեսնում են բոլորը։
