Առաջիկայում Երևանի «Շտապբուժօգնությունը» ծառայություն կմատուցի նաև մոպեդներով։ Այդ մասին քաղաքապետարանի գործակարգավարական նիստի ժամանակ ասել է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի առողջապահության վարչության պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Դավիթ Կարապետյանը:
«Այստեղ աշխատանք ունենք անելու՝ համապատասխան մասնագետներ գտնելու։ Նրանք ծառայություն կմատուցեն ոչ հիվանդանոցային պայմաններում բուժում իրականցվող, պահանջվող դեպքերի, այլ միայն առաջին բուժօգնության պարագայում»,- նշել է նա։
Թեև այս հայտարարությանը, ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը վստահեցնում է՝ մոպեդների մասին որևէ որոշում իրենք չունեն․ մի բան է հստակ՝ երեք մեքենա է նախարարությունը տրամադրելու Երևանի «Շտապբուժօգնությանը»։
Ինչևէ, MediaHub-ը փորձեց հասկանալ՝ ինչ ասել է մոպեդներով ծառայություն մատուցել։
Թեմայի շուրջ զրուցել ենք բժիշկ Գևորգ Գրիգորյանի հետ։ «Եթե խոսքը փողոցում ուշաթափված մարդկանց առաջին օգնություն ցույց տալու մասին է, ապա նորմալ է, որ մոպեդներով շրջող շտապ օգնության աշխատակիցները մոտենան, փորձեն ուշքի բերել մարդուն։ Պետք է հասկանալ՝ ինչ ծառայություն է տրամադրելու մոպեդներով շտապ օգնությունը։ Հասկանալի էլ չէ՝ ինչ հագեցվածություն են ունենալու այդ մոպեդներով շտապ օգնության ծառայողները»,- նշեց նա։
Գրիգորյանը նշեց՝ դա նորմալ է այնքանով, որ ինքն էլ, որպես բժիշկ, իր մեքենայում ունի դեղատուփ և եթե վատացած մարդ տեսնի փողոցում, ապա կմոտենա ու առաջին օգնություն կցուցաբերի, և ենթադրաբար, մոպեդներով օգնության տրամադրումը ևս նույն սկզբունքով է լինելու։

Ահա մի քանի միջազգային վիճակագրական ցուցանիշ...
- Ավստրալիայում մոպեդավարները 4 անգամ ավեի հաճախ են վթարվել, քան մոտոցիկլավարները (2013թ.):
- Գերմանիայում մոպեդավարները 24 անգամ ավելի հաճախ են վթարվել, քան հեծանվավարները (2007):
- Շվեդիայում մոպեդավարները ամեն 1 կմ հաշվով 20 անգամ ավելի հաճախ են վթարվել, քան ավտոմեքենաների ուղևորները (2003):
Պատկերացնում եմ, թե ինչ կլինի, եթե ՇՕ-ն լինի մոպեդով...
Ամեն մոպեդին էլ պիտի մի ՇՕ մեքենա կցվի, որպեսզի այդ վթարված մոպեդավարին ՇՕ ցուցաբերի...»:
