Одиссея Кольцевого сада: около один гектар за 430 тысяч драмов в год: «Паст»

Газета «Паст» пишет:
Несколько дней назад упомянули, что существует некая нераскрытая предыстория теннисных кортов в 4 секции Кольцевого парка. В частности, мы сообщили, что аренда указанного участка осуществлена по значительно более низкой цене, чем рыночная цена данного участка, около 500 тыс. драмов за участок площадью около 1 га.
В связи с этим газету «Паст» стали известны новые подробности. В частности, нынешние арендаторы кортов снимают их в аренду уже более двадцати лет. Что касается контрактов, то в 2002 году был заключен договор аренды на 1200 квадратных метров за 230 тысяч драмов в год. С 2008 года было сдано в аренду еще 8 тысяч квадратных метров площадей, за которые выплачивался 200 тысяч драмов в год. Другими словами, площадь чуть меньше 1 гектара (9200 квадратных метров) была сдана в аренду за 430 тысяч драмов в год, что на самом деле немного меньше, чем мы упоминали в предыдущей публикации.
Добавим, что отец арендаторов в тот период был начальником Управления СНБ РА, затем начальником отдела по борьбе с контрабандой Государственного таможенного комитета РА.
