Lexus-ի ուղղությամբ կրակոցներ արձակողն ինքնաձիգով ներկայացավ ոստիկաններին

Երեկ՝ հունվարի 22-ին, ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները պարզել են Երևանի բնակիչ 38-ամյա Համազասպ Հ․-ի ենթադրյալ գտնվելու վայրը, ապա քրեական հետախույզները բացատրական աշխատանքներ են տանում ինչի արդյունքում Համազասպ Հ․-ն համոզված լինելով, որ այլևս չի կարող ճողոպրել, որ անգամ Հայաստանից դուրս գալու իր հնարավորությունները ոստիկանների ու քննիչների կողմից դարձել է զրոյական, ինքնակամ ներկայանում է ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժին։
Shamshyan-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ վերջինս կասկածվում է հունվարի 13-ին Բագրատունյաց պողոտայի 165 շենքի բակում իր մոտ եղած «ԱԿ-74» տեսակի ինքնաձիգով Երևանի բնակիչ 39-ամյա Հովհաննես Հ․-ի ուղղությամբ, վերջինս եղել է Lexus մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայում, կրակոցներ արձակելու մեջ։
Բարեբախտաբար Հովհաննես Հ․-ն չէր տուժել, սակայն կրակոցների հետևանքով վնասվել էր նաև Lexus-ի մոտ կայանված Jeep մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան։
Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել էր կրակված 4 պարկուճ և 2 հատ գնդակի միջուկի զանգվածին նմանվող առարկա։
Երեկ ոստիկանություն ներկայանալուց բացի Համազասպ Հ․-ն ոստիկաններին է ներկայացրել նաև հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող ինքնաձիգը։
Վերջինս ոստիկանության Շնեգավիթի բաժնից ներկայացվել է Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթի քննչական բաժին, որտեղ քննիչի որոշմամբ ձերբակալվել է։
