ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում Մեծ Բրիտանիայի և Հյուսիսային Իռլանդիայի Միացյալ Թագավորության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ջոն Գալագերին և Բրիտանական խորհրդի հայաստանյան մասնաճյուղի ղեկավար Ադդէ Հովասափյանին: Հայտնում են ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության մամուլի ծառայությունից։ 

Հանդիպմանը ներկա է եղել նաև ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը:

Նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը ողջունել է հյուրերին և նշել, որ անցած տարիների հաջողված համագործակցությունը լավագույն հիմքն է՝ այն շարունակելու նաև այս և հետագա տարիներին:

Նախարարը հատկապես կարևորել է ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը Բրիտանական խորհրդի հետ՝ որպես հաջողված օրինակներ նշելով անգլերենի ուսուցիչների վերապատրաստման և ուսուցման որակի ապահովմանն ուղղված աջակցությունը, դպրոցներում անգլերենի ակումբների ստեղծման ծրագիրը. «Առանձնահատուկ կարևոր են Բրիտանական խորհրդի դերը և աջակցությունն անգլերենի ուսուցման մեթոդաբանության մշակման և ուսուցիչների վերապատրաստման հարցերում: Կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ այս աջակցությամբ էականորեն բարելավվել են ուսուցիչների դասավանդման հմտությունները»:

Նշվել է, որ ծրագրի շրջանակում նախատեսված են այլ միջոցառումներ ևս, որոնք կիրականացվեն ընթացիկ տարում:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը կարևորել են գիտակրթական համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացումը, որը կարող է նպաստել գիտության և կրթության ոլորտներում համագործակցության նոր հնարավորությունների ստեղծմանը: Անդրադարձ է եղել ՀՀ-ում ընթացող կրթական և մշակութային բարեփոխումներին` վերահաստատելով պատրաստակամությունը ոլորտային ռազմավարությունների իրականացման հարցում։

Նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը հատկապես ընդգծել է Մ. Մաշտոցի անվան Մատենադարան հին ձեռագրերի գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտի և Բրիտանական գրադարանի միջև նախատեսվող համագործակցության կարևորությունը՝ որպես հաջողված փորձ նախանշելով Հայաստանի պատմության թանգարանի և Բրիտանական թանգարանի համագործակցությունը:

Կողմերն անդրադարձել են «Ակադեմիական քաղաք» ծրագրի շրջանակում Մեծ Բրիտանիայի և Հյուսիսային Իռլանդիայի Միացյալ Թագավորության հետ կապերի հետագա ընդլայնմանը: Մասնավորապես՝ քննարկվել է ակադեմիական քաղաքի կրթական կլաստերի կայացման հարցում Լոնդոնի համալսարանական քոլեջի (UCL) հետ համագործակցային կապերի հաստատման հարցը: Այս համատեքստում Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը կարևորել է «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության բարձրագույն կրթության և գիտության կոմիտեի և Լոնդոնի արվեստների համալսարանի միջև համագործակցության մասին» փոխըմբռնման հուշագիրը, որն ուղղված է ակադեմիական քաղաքի Արվեստների կլաստերի ձևավորման համար առաջարկությունների և գործիքների տրամադրման, կրթական ծրագրերի մշակման, որակի ստուգման և ինստիտուցիոնալ կառավարման բնագավառներում աջակցությանը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում նախարարն ու դեսպանը քննարկել են նաև համագործակցության ընդլայնման հնարավորություններին առնչվող մի շարք այլ հարցեր:
