350 ընտանիք բնակապահովության պետական աջակցության ծրագրի շահառու է սահմանամերձ գյուղական բնակավայրերում

Շարունակվում է սահմանամերձ գյուղական բնակավայրերում բնակապահովության պետական աջակցության ծրագիրը: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը, այս պահի դրությամբ ծրագրի շահառու է 350 ընտանիք, որից 180-ն արդեն վարկավորվել են։
Միջոցառման շրջանակում քաղաքացիները հնարավորություն ունեն հիփոթեքային վարկավորմամբ կառուցել իրենց տունը սահմանամերձ գյուղական բնակավայրում՝ պետության աջակցությամբ՝ 16 մլն դրամի շրջանակում։
Ծրագրի շահառու դառնալու համար անհրաժեշտ է բավարարել հետևյալ հիմնական պայմաններին.
ամուսինները պետք է գրանցված ամուսնություն ունենան Քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի գրանցման գործակալությունում,
ամուսիններից առնվազն մեկը պետք է ունենա Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիություն։
Միջոցառման շրջանակում տարիքային սահմանափակում նախատեսված չէ, երեխա ունենալու հանգամանքը ևս պարտադիր պայման չէ։
Այսպիսով, քաղաքացիները կարող են միջոցառման շահառու դառնալ, եթե ունեն՝
սեփականության իրավունքով իրենց պատկանող հող կամ կիսակառույց շինություն՝ սահմանամերձ գյուղական բնակավայրում,
շինարարական աշխատանքներ իրականացնելու թույլտվություն,
նախագիծ/նախահաշիվ։
