Ադրբեջանը, ի նշան բողոքի, լքել է ԵԽԽՎ-ն

Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում (ԵԽԽՎ) Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակությունը հունվարի 24-ին կառույցի նիստում հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ։ Ադրբեջանական պատվիրակությունը որոշում է կայացրել դադարեցնել իր փոխգործակցությունն ու ներկայությունը ԵԽԽՎ-ում մինչև հետագա ծանուցումը։
«Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությունը հպարտ, անկախ, ինքնիշխան, ժողովրդավարական և բազմամշակութային երկիր է։ Ժողովրդավարությունը մեր գիտակցված ընտրությունն է. 1991 թվականի անկախությունից ի վեր մենք հսկայական առաջընթաց ենք գրանցել Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների և օրենքի գերակայության խթանման գործում»,– հայտարարել է պատվիրակությունը:
Հայտարարության մեջ ադրբեջանական կողմը չի մոռացել նաև Հայաստանի մասին՝ մեղադրելով հայկական կողմին «էթնիկ զտումների մեջ։
«Ցավոք, ԵԽԽՎ-ն օգտագործվում է որպես հարթակ՝ հարձակվելու որոշ անդամ երկրների վրա։ ԵԽԽՎ-ի հիմնական սկզբունքներն օգտագործվում են որոշակի կողմնակալ խմբերի կողմից՝ իրենց նեղ շահերը առաջ տանելու համար։ Քաղաքական կոռուպցիան, խտրականությունը, էթնիկ և կրոնական ատելությունը, երկակի ստանդարտները, ամբարտավանությունը և շովինիզմը դարձել են ԵԽԽՎ-ում գերակշռող գործելաոճը։
ԵԽԽՎ-ում ադրբեջանական պատվիրակության լիազորությունները վիճարկելու նախաձեռնությունը մենք համարում ենք այս արատավոր արշավի մի մաս։ Մենք այս նախաձեռնությունը դիտարկում ենք նաև որպես Ադրբեջանում ընթացող ընտրական գործընթացին անհիմն միջամտելու միտումնավոր և անընդունելի փորձ և մեր երկրում ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների գործունեությունը խաթարող նենգ գործողությունների վառ օրինակ»,– ասել են նրանք՝ հավելելով․
«Աշխարհում ոչ ոք, այդ թվում՝ այս դահլիճում նստածները, չեն կարող Ադրբեջանի հետ խոսել սպառնալիքների ու շանտաժի լեզվով։ ԵԽԽՎ պատմության մեջ երբևէ այս կազմակերպությունը նման խայտառակ պահվածք չի ցուցաբերել։ ԵԽԽՎ-ում ձևավորված ռասիզմի, ադրբեջանաֆոբիայի և իսլամաֆոբիայի անտանելի մթնոլորտի պայմաններում ադրբեջանական պատվիրակությունը որոշում է դադարեցնել իր փոխգործակցությունն ու ներկայությունը ԵԽԽՎ-ում մինչև հետագա ծանուցումը»։
Հայտարարության ընթերցումից հետո պատվիրակությունը լքել է դահլիճը։
